      hey, how would i use this to make a hanging basket on a hot air ballon, would i use 4 ropes, or 4 pretend ropes with one main, physical one?

    Nice video! If it is not working, be sure simulate physics is checked in your door or main lamp.

    I love these tutorials. Any chance you could do one on restricted zones where the player is not allowed to be and will cause guards to become aggressive?

    bit of a way off one, would it be possible to make a sanity meter, the idea is based of a game called Eternal Darkness, when weird things happened like the volume going down and game looking like it's being erased , but it's really not.

    you can create a lesson on creating a location map or an open world, not a minimap and not a landscape, but as in all games there is a location map with labels and where the character is located

      I imagine you could yeah, you could either have it as an actor which is set to move towards the lamp component, or maybe even have the moths as a component inside the lamp BP and have them parented to the moving lamp.

    Anyone else having this problem: I CANNOT see the constraint colors for swing/twist (ie the red and yellow/orange circles/spheres) at the location where the constraint is.

    It looks like there’s an issue with the lamp cable connecting to lamp main. It’s glitching in the video and not staying totally anchored to the lamp main. How do you fix that?

      Yeah, I think that is probably just how I connected it up. The lamp mesh I used wasn't amazing and wasn't centred properly, plus I could've spent more time connecting it up precisely, however since it was just for an example, this was fine.
      So, I believe just spending more time on it and being more precise should do the trick just fine :)

    is it possible to add somethin like the lamp constraint to a player mesh so that when it moves around and stuff the physics object bounces around? i saw it can use bone names instead of objects.

      Make sure you have Simulate Physics checked on your static mesh.
