It looks like the channel is skimping on the guest vetting process with this one. Is it accidental or is it intentionally looking for increased clicks? Honestly, this has caused me to take a better look at the channel as a whole & it hasn't been favorable.
This year, I invested 10k in Digital Assets and turned it into six figures within a few months-and it’s still growing. I’ve always been a strong advocate for investing because it’s been incredibly rewarding for me. Looking forward to achieving financial freedom soon. And by the way, you have an awesome content!
How do you approach your trades? I’m new to this and unsure of where to start or what steps to take to make a successful trade. Could you share some insight into your strategy? What helps you consistently stay profitable?
Working with Monica Ronald, a professional trade analyst, has been transformative for my trading journey. Her mentorship has sharpened my ability to spot key market trends, identify precise entry points, and evaluate risks effectively. With her guidance, I’ve been able to align my trading decisions with market dynamics, leading to consistently strong returns.
You have that view because you're going about it the wrong way. Over the years, I've been part of numerous trading programs, sifting through a barrage of information. Yet, none come close to the Monica Ronald trading platform , depth, and precision of Monica's instructions and insights. It's akin to finding a diamond in the dirt.
She is also saying to eat healthy foods. Not sure that is the message the food industry is out there chanting. It feels like you don’t know what you are talking about. I don’t say that lightly because usually there are only highly intelligent people that use caps lock so effectively.
Two substantial meals a day full of protein, veg/ fruit and some carbs, no snacks. Five 20 minute walks a week, and a bottle of Prosecco on a Friday night… lost two stone in three months, sleep well and feel great.
Maybe some of her other info is off, but in this segment, she's pretty much spot-on. She says snacking after 9pm is bad, I'd go further and say cutoff at 7pm.
There was plenty of things to snack on back then. The biggest difference back in the 70s is that everybody was doin' a little dance, makin' a little love, GETTIN' DOWN TONIGHT. 💃🕺
Yeah, working nightshifts really sucks for the digestive system. I did it in my early 20's, I'll never go back to it. Constant problems with acid reflux.
@@NoName-fx9zi I worked night shift for less than 6 months and fell asleep driving on the highway. I can see why people say it takes years off your lifespan. Idk how my mom’s been doing it for 15 years now.
I agree seed oils are not good for you, but she is very accurate on her info regarding late night snacking in this segment. It does screw with your sleep and metabolism. I've learned that just about every health advice expert has their good and bad info, that's why you gotta listen to a little bit of everybody and figure out how to filter it.
Man seems like this video was a HUGE L for this channel. I’m sure they’ll be more careful who they bring on in the future. We viewers enjoy this channel because of the respectable content, not for click bait/rage bait topics.
The ironic fact about this clip is that so many people commenting on this are basing their reaction solely on anecdotal evidence. Go ahead and disagree with her based on your own body’s reaction to snacking, sugars, seed oils or whatever you fancy. The hard truth is that we are all built a bit different. Some people can do whatever they want, when they want and their body’s doesn’t react negatively. Eventually we will have genetic science that specializes on individual diets. Until then, if you found a way that works for you, congratulations! Keep it up!
So, how does that coincide with the Mediterranean diet? Everyone in spain eat their dinners AFTER 9pm, ALWAYS. So, are they all doing it wrong then? They hardly ever eat any breakfast then, or as most some churros/croissant with coffee/hot chocolate, and that's it...
As no nutritional expertise, I exercise 3-4 times per week, I eat 5 times per day normally every 3 hours. I do this mostly to maintain energy levels and have done this for 5 years and managed to maintain good weight, muscle gain and good sleep. It’s simple really. Avoid refined sugar, Eat carbs proteins diary and fruit and veg in the same way as humans have for many years. As a uk citizen I feel we are programmed to eat only 3 main means per day which leads to not enough calories hence evening snacking. We are also told that the RDA is 2000 calories for a woman and 2500 for a man. This is still based on a ww2 mindset which is ridiculous.
without even watching the video i call bs on this. i've been eating and sleeping randomly since age 28 i am 46 and i am the healthiest adult i've ever met.
It's not necessarily BS, she's just speaking about health studies and research and what the majority of results are. There's always exceptions, so congratulations!
Hey guys and gals, keep calm. I also don't like the statements of this lady, but he just interviewed a ton of people. One should be able to shrug off a dissenting opinion. I listened for 15 min, found her argumenting flawed and stopped listening. No need to cancel DOAC for a single episode. Behave as an adult....
I watched one of your videos this morning and was impressed, so I immediately subscribed. Then I watched your latest video with this wackadoo, and promptly unsubscribed. Food industry pays this woman to endorse seed oils.
So basicaly you her that seed oili good and dosagrees course the other day you heard another random suse in the internet saying seed oild is bad?😂 there is no real proof that its bad.
It highly depends on your diet, y'all already eat lots of crap that contains high amounts of Omega 6, no wonder further consuming seed oils would be bad for y'all In Asian cooking peanut oil is very common, yet you'll not see anyone here demonising seed oils
In another video the Zoe team’s research showed that food should be consumed within an limited eating window, leaving many hours of the day/night with no food being consumed. Zoe’s advise in contradictory. AND she is still mentioning calories, yet Zoe’s team have debunked the calorie theory.
It depends on a person. Basicaly if your stomach is empty - its bad. It will start digesting itself and it will lead to problems including cancer. So there is no real sciense probing that its good to have it empty. That makes no sense. Consuming huge anounts of food in one go - will harm your body. Its better to eat small portions regulary.

She's PAID by the FOOD INDUSTRY - this video should have a FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT!
She is arguing not to eat late at night...surely 'they' want us to eat 24/7?
She is also saying to eat healthy foods. Not sure that is the message the food industry is out there chanting. It feels like you don’t know what you are talking about. I don’t say that lightly because usually there are only highly intelligent people that use caps lock so effectively.
IS THAT A FACT IS IT?!?@@KS-iy5xr
She’s kinda saying the opposite of what the ‘food industry’ would want us to do. And i think I missed the part where they said who paid her salary..?

A snack to me is maybe a hard boiled egg, or a ounce of walnuts.
Unbelievable that this woman has been given air time! Shame on DOAC!!!

I was raised in the 70s. We ate CRAP. no one was fat because we DIDN'T SNACK.
Foods were better quality back then. Not as many chemicals in the food.
We also played outside every day, kick ball, rode bikes, climbed trees. Burned a lot of calories just having fun.
You sound smart

Yeah, lol!! My parents didn't let us eat snacks. We ate our dinner, took a bath and bedtime basically.

Ita okay to snack with the foods you described.

I work late so sometimes I will have a snack, like nuts or drink a protein shake. I have lost over 20 pounds in the past several months.
So the kebab after 9 pints between 6 and 9? I can start drinking earlier.
