In 1991 I was 6 years old... Toejam & Earl subconsciously (mostly consciously) made me a huge fan of the Funk Genre. Long story short. I'm almost 40 & have been playing Funk Bass for close to 23 years...
I can't tell you guys how many times I've listened to this medley. This is amazing and brings me back to the good old days. I'll probably listen to it a million more times.
This game had one of THE BEST soundtracks. Great work! I love how your drummer switches to the pads when the keys aren't going to keep some of the digital elements in the mix

I found this vid because I periodically revisit the Panic on Funkotron soundtrack. Please do a medley of that one! I think the second game's soundtrack was even better. Straight Herbie Hancock inspired. Loved watchin you guys jam out on this, hope to see more. Also, as someone who used to play jazz bass as a teenager, Chris crushed that! God damn!

This is so awesome! You guys even added the electronic drum kit interludes with the odd fraction of a second delays... (I always assumed it was because of the Yamaha YM2612 chip). Amazing job on all tracks though. Super!

It is indeed one of the very best two player games ever made. True genius. I mean what other game (not including mmporg and online shooters etc) is actually best played with two? I always felt a bit bored if I played it solo. The earthlings, the presents omg I could on.

I had and played this game a LOT as a kid, and I actually beat it on random mode when I was like 9 years old, something I am still very proud of :) ps: the hot tub snare drum had me rolling!
Great video guys, you nailed it! Best cover of toejam songs, alien rapmaster seems one of the trickiest ones in term of arrangement and playing in a band. Sick bass lines and mix of sync keyboard and guitar. Not to mention drums all along the tracks. Kudos for you keep up the good work
I had that same Zelda/Mario bed sheet as a kid. Also had Ninja Turtles sheets and Pound Puppies pillow cases. This is such a well done song. It upgrades the sound quality of the music without compromising the spirit of it. It's fantastic.
