    Could you please give me the exact quantity of milk.

    • @VeryTastyTreats
      @VeryTastyTreats  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi 👋 This is a bit tricky. Baking is partly science and that is why it is so difficult to be precise with liquid measurements. I could tell you what worked for me but even then, it may be too much or too little for you. Different flours have different levels of absorption. Absorption will vary between brands and even between batches within brands. The humidity in your kitchen and the way you store your flour aa well as how long, will affect your recipes.
      The best way to add "liquid as required" or "flour as required", is to use your hands so you can feel your dough come together and judge whether or not it needs more 😉

    • @VeryTastyTreats
      @VeryTastyTreats  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi 👋 You can add it. Take the amount you prefer and poor some boiling water over it. Wait 5 mins then strain it. Add it to the mixture before you add in the milk 😉

    For how long can roat be kept in da fridge

    • @VeryTastyTreats
      @VeryTastyTreats  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have asked my mother this question many times so I could include the info in the video... her response was that nobody knows what leftover roht is 😋 Because there's never any leftover. I think it should be fine at room temp in an airtight container for about a week and about 3 to 4 weeks in the fridge. Because of the ghee, it could be longer.

    If one does business by selling it, what is the price of each of the Roth's?

    • @VeryTastyTreats
      @VeryTastyTreats  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi 👋 The best way is to calculate the cost of ingredients and divide by the number of Roht the recipe produces. When you have an individual cost price, you can work out what profit makes the effort worth it 😉

    • @sakshamsharma8185
      @sakshamsharma8185 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      In market of shahtalai and deorsidh the price of desi ghee rot is 20 to 30 rupees and dalda ghee is 10-15 rupees
