The people that do this kinda stuff at Disney don’t get paid nearly enough. My aunt’s husband’s nephew died a while ago, and they always called him eeyore. Aunt’s husband went on a trip to Disney, and at the Winnie the Pooh breakfast, began to cry a little bit, cause it reminded him of his nephew. The person in the eeyore costume saw, and just opened his arms for a hug. Without even knowing how much it meant to him. Great people there.

Sign language should be taught in school - it could really come in handy if you're somewhere like a night club or a concert, where there's really loud music, and you don't want to be seen on your phone (texting the person next to you).

I am glad that the actor who played the Disney character knew sign language. Not many know how to do sign language. I think Disney should train all their employees on how to communicate to their employees if they can't speak or hear. It would make it a lot easier and will make the family and the person really happy.
Well how about we start with nurses and care givers in hospice. I appreciate this video but have different outlooks on where we should start with training people to speak to deaf people. My mom and dad were deaf mutes. And my mom passed in a nursing home where one person knew broken sign but it was something. I wish she had more people that could have understood her and her needs! I live out of state and couldn’t be there as much as I wanted .
But let's take a moment to appreciate the mother who adopted this boy. She could've adoped any child but chose one with special needs, needs that can be very difficult. So MUCH love to her for giving this little boy a loving home and wonderful chance at life. And of course, lots of props to this wholesome Disney character, she made his day.
