@@BnBsperspective it totally is! And it clearly tells us what the author's main purpose is in telling this story. How they feel about good and bad, and what makes real heroes and villains. That it's more heroic to be good and kind to one another than just being powerful.
Found your channel looking up reacts to this episode and glad to follow! ✨ I teared up when the epic Might+U music swelled like that! 😭 Gentle and La Brava are genuinely in my top 5 characters in the show. Their hearts are so sweet and I love how they're written and I NEVER expected they'd come back as more than a filler arc but I'm SO happy they did! 🥹
I’m happy we were able to find our way to you Pariah! 😁 thank you for watching! as you saw we were not expecting to see them as well haha!! incredible moment!!🔥🔥
they blew it out of the park with this one!! make you feel this way for characters that you haven’t seen in years is crazy work!!! Might u was perfect as you said. thanks for watching fam!! 🙏🏾 🔥
@@BnBsperspective of course, thankyou for the quality content!! Just MHA and JJK at the minute I’m a newbie, I do spy yous have started demon slayer though, same here!☺️
As a Day 1 Culture Festival defender, that arc gets a lot of flak because people really don’t see what it represents. Being a hero isn’t just about saving lives but also saving hearts. Even though they rescued Eri, her still not being able to smile meant having to put on a good day so that she could truly be saved, which is such a huge theme of the show. Deku in that arc vocalized how his dream wasn’t his anymore and was the combined interests of all those who supported him, and that he needed to be the one to make they had a bright future. Gentle has always been a Deku parallel, where after moving before his body could think actually ended up hurting someone and ruining his life. It’s why deku says that fighting gentle was his toughest battle yet, he was fighting another him. It’s why that fight is used as a reference when he was talking to the previous OFA users in season 6, as its the entire reason why he’s trying to understand villains instead of just beating down on them. Even La Brava has a lot of parallels both to Eri in how Gentle was fighting for HER dream but also Toga in how she can’t control how she loves. All in all, the culture festival arc is really the heart of the whole show and more people should realize.
culture festival has been hated on for far too long! I believe that it is because people are very surface level. dont really see anything past that for the most part. if its not flashy or as insane as Deku vs overhaul its “mid”. I believe that is the reason why people call MHA trash nowadays. you are correct. CF arc had some character defining development and that has glossed over a lot of peoples heads (including me as well). I like how you tied Deku’s mentality towards vilains with what happened with Gentle. makes me remember when deku was on his “vigilante” arc and he met muscular and started asking him questions to know why he is the way he is. Horikoshi is very strong in story telling! thank you for sharing Alpha. underrated comment for sure! 🙏🏾🔥
I love that y’all enjoy it but I vote we stop with the sub reactions my “best of dubbed anime” playlist has great vids explaining why dub is better. Its description does the same thing, then it makes reactions easier cause reactors r always looking away from the screen missing dialogue.
I do understand your perspective on the matter and although I agree that with sub sometimes it easy to miss some dialogue, We just enjoy the original Japanese voice acting way too much compared to dub. not to say the dub is bad but its just a question of preference! thank you for the advice though and we appreciate you watching! 🙏🏾
@@BnBsperspective that’s cool fam watch what y’all want. I beg u at least give the playlist a look cause 2 of the vids I have in there like the “dub isn’t cringe anime is” vid will blow ur mind.
Having the (former, now) villains that Deku reached out to and connected with on a human level be the ones who saved him is just perfection.
peak writing in my opinion. so satisfying. thanks for watching Noct!!🙏🏾
