Should i buy the car now or should i wait for 2022 ?
Since the model that ill get will be for year 21 of which rarely any months are left ?
And in case i get car in feb after waiting period may be
Will i get 22 model or 21 from dealer end if i book it now in 21 ?
@@tanujupreti 22 or 21 wouldn't make a difference unless a new model is launched. Kia Sonet was revised very recently with the new logo and a few other features, hence i dont think there will be a new update coming anytime soon.
Why so much delay?

I have decided a budget of 15 Lakh and started looking for compact SUV. Kia Sonet was my choice untill unless I get inside a Astor. Everything is attracting inside Astor. Sonet top end and Astor - I'm stuck between this two. Need help from you people here.
Sonet is 1 litre turbo IMT. And Astor is 1.5 NA ( read some negative reviews about Manual 1.5 NA. Slow pickup is what the myth is.
On road price of sonet is 15L & onroad price of Astor manual top end is 17L.
What should I do ? If anyone know about both car. Can you let me know. I love aesthetics and feel about the car and i drive only in city. So IMT helps in sonet and it's compact to drive around city and its cute. But Astor attracts in other ways (Panaromic, leather premium interiors, extra comfort because of extra 1 feet length)
Which side should i lean on ?

This is not deisel HTX but petrol HTX iMT. See the MID it has 8000 rpm where as in deisel you get only upto 6000 rpm

Forget Venue/Sonet, a 14lakhs Creta(SX executive) gives panaromic sunroof with no infotainment system. Much more odd.

Booked this exact model in september . Will probably get delivery by Dec/ Jan
On road 12,25,000 pune + 20k extend insurance from 3 to 5(optional) +20k worth accesories(optional) = 12,65,000 on road, ithink 20% down-payment required. 17-18 weeks delivery, takes a lot of time.

got delivery in exactly 4 months. Average right now is 12.5 mostly driving in the city but will report more after the first oil change and a few trips. The car feels and looks amazing. Imt engine is great. Hill assist deifnitly helps and it feels provides effortless and intuitive driving. Entertainment system is awesome. Pick is good as well.
I actually moved th model from hyd to htx+ due to hill assist, back seat middle tray and couple of other additions

Models are great, but delivery and waiting period sucks with KIA SONET..People who have booked will end up waiting and upgrading like this new variants and tough to get deliveries

It was wrongly mentioned at the end that this was a manual diesel variant, but its an IMT transmission, which is not manual, and comes only in petrol, not diesel.

If you are looking for automatic go for sonet dct or torque converter imt is not automatic it's intelligent manual transmission so better to go for sonet dct/torque converter if you go for automatic you will get drive plus traction modes n paddle shifters as well so automatic is any day better den imt go for dct or torque converter sonet u will enjoy d drive sheer driving pleasure

yes this is wrong kia should provide rear wiper in this price bracket This model goes to around 12Lakh .. but not privided rear wiper its not justify according to price
@@prataptomar1706 not only kia....but venue SX also doesnt provide the rear wipers. The sales person ( in all the showroom) keeps on telling that " the dynamics of the car is such that there is no dirt or water accumulation.over and above ,we are giving rear defogger ".
Stupid guys doesn't even know what is the proper functioning of a defogger and wiper. Hyundai should teach them some other trick to conveince it's customers.
