So hard to believe this is the exact same map from GTA 4. Crazy how by just changing the lighting, and the camera angle when driving, it becomes so unrecognizable. Especially 1:29, this shot looks so beautiful

I'd love to know the plugin you're using for the commands at 3:45 . Is it the Felony Stop Plugin? If so, how does it work without the menu?

It looks like it's a part of the ultimate backup plugin by bejoijo (not sure if I spelt it right). The menu didn't show in the video I think cause it got off when he opened the menu.

It would be interesting if warrants could be checked as not all warrants mean automatic arrest. Check for extradition even if it is just role play the info this would be cool to see, just because there is a warrant doesn’t mean the subject goes to jail. Also there is something very wrong with the map in this video all the water everywhere and the npc crashing and making uturns

Yea I way prefer Liberty City but GTA 5 is a lot better, nothing bad about GTA 4 thought. Really good game I like going on it every once in a while to bring back memories!
