If you're making reference to the Euro NCAP tests then I wouldn't pay mind to it.
I believe that they (the tests) were introduced, as a tactic designed to put people off from driving, and put car manufacturers off from producing their own vehicles (owing to the research required to create safer, then safer, then safer (on top of the yet *_competing_* safer) cars), until the market is diminished to just one or two manufacturers, who will help end your relationship with cars altogether.
To reinforce this theory, consider how seriously public safety is prioritised, when it comes to bus passengers or cyclists.
Bus passengers are as cattle - unrestrained, and crammed into spaces both sitting and standing, with haphazard accommodation for luggage.
Cyclists are afforded but tokenised platitudes as far as their safety is concerned...skull helmets and visibility aids are about it - that they're even on the roads to BEGIN with, is a major safety hazard (to themselves, not those in the Seicento!).
Euro NCAP tests are designed to induce FEAR.
The idea of being struck by a heavy piece of metal that rolls feet (or sometimes just *inches)* past you at speed when vulnerably just on foot probably doesn't scare you, but being in a piece of metal that offers some degree of protection does??
This just goes to show quite how absurd the idea of these tests really are - you'll ALWAYS come out of a collision better than if you're a pedestrian, cyclist, OR bus passenger.
My suggestion would be this - find how to make the _existing_ Seicento's safer (preferably without altering the original configuration of the vehicles from their manufacturer's specification).
I imagine that idea doesn't appeal to Euro NCAP, seeing as how they have already scared you from driving one in the first place.

55hp for thing like this is not too shabby. Imagine it having 1.4 77hp from punto, that would be a rocket.
Talking about crashing in it. My cousin once rode it with 2 friends. They went sideways on some sand in a corner and rolled the seicento off the road. Front roof went down-and they all survived, noone needed to go hospital, tho its some miracle and wouldn't recommend anyone trying

Głośny, niewygodny, zupełnie nie izolował od odgłosów otoczenia, z kierownicą musiałem się mocować (a parę w łapach mam), a ile z tego było frajdy... Gdyby był na sprzedaż to bym go wtedy odkupił.
