Definitely. I've last seen him live last year, and he was still very, very good despite the fact that he's almost 70. Whatever he is doing, I hope he continues to do it and sing for many more years with the same power and feeling. In my opinion, there is no one that can actually SING in the higher registers as Eric did (especially in his prime).

Then one day, I got a phone call from Eric Adams himself. They actually took the time to call fans on the phone when they got my number from the order form. Very cool, very real. Hope they put out another album.

Great video !! He is really a god! I used to have a clip of the ending of kingdom come cos IMO, it's one of the greatest ending in metal. I listen to Triumph of steel a lot cos I believe he was completely off the chain and unleashed like never before. If you hear Burning, or some of those parts in achilles, he really gave it all.

Definitely brother. Virgin Steele is the closest thing to Manowar you can get, and I love DeFeis' vocals very much. Especially Invictus is one of my favorite albums! 🤘🤘🤘🤘

I have to disagree there. If you can't appreciate the over-the-top nature of the music, then it isn't for you, but some of their best stuff is after then.
Let me tell you... While looking up my family tree this man came up. Not kidding either. His real name, not stage name, has a lot of interesting people in it. One ancestor road in Vlad The Impaler's army, you know him better as Dracula. One was in the last portraitist painted by Botticelli. Most were Roman soldiers. We even have a family crest. We clocked our lineage back to 86 AD. He even looks like my cousin in a few pics... interesting. If you ever talk to him tell him his cousin says hi. :)

The big question is that Manowar is considered to be a caricature band. Mainly because of Joey de Maio's attitudes. Also the clothes. Which, unfortunately, has relegated them to the background. But even for those who don't take Manowar seriously Eric is considered a great vocalist. But seems like they are ashamed to assume this. For me it is my favorite. Stupendous voice and technique. Among the top ten of all, not only in heavy metal, but also in rock.
