It was good! I mixed ground beef, ground turkey, black beans with the peppers and onions and it turned out alright! I really prefer ground pork for my tacos 🌮

I totally agree! My husband and I are so guilty though because we love taking vacations with the kids. The whole time we were saying how much the big kids would love all the fun we were having ( exploring, snorkeling etc).

Hi Jessie… When you mentioned that you made chicken and dumplings it just sounded so good! Can you please share your recipe?
This is the basis of my chicken and dumplings though it's evolved over the years. I add celery, carrots and onions in Saute function on instant pot . Then add 4-6 chicken breasts in , season with onion powder , garlic powder , salt pepper, and oregano. Then add two cups of water with better than chicken bullion over top the whole thing. I pressure cook for 30 minutes. Then I make the dumplings and I add in seasonings, salt pepper thyme parsley etc into the dough. Cut up into 1×1". When the chicken is done I remove into a Tupperware dish and cut into bite size pieces. I turn instant pot on saute again let it get to a boil and add in dumplings. Then when all dumplings are done I add in 2 packets of country gravy mix whisk until all powder is dissolved. Add chicken back in and serve. I saw a window/sliding door track cleaning tool on Temu just the other day. It’s sitting in my cart, so they’re emailing me about it relentlessly. But it’s the worst part of cleaning windows, and for $5 I am willing to gamble
I agree! $5 is a deal instead of trying to get in those window crevices. I didn't want to break out the steamshot this time.
Hi Jessie. Glad you and your husband had a fun trip. Couples need time to just be a couple and fall more in love with each other and refresh their marriage. At least now you know everything won't crash if you two leave for a few days. Lol. You look so refreshed, and I enjoyed your music choices. I almost expected a little Reggae music mixed in. Lol.
