If irregular meshing will create any problem for import staad to rcdc file i got msg of not able to read analysis pls help

hi sir,,, I just wanna ask how to model a loadbearing walls ? is it the same idea ? I know we need to change the density the elasticity and other thing in material.... but the modeling ???

I’ve not tried to design one with staad. But I do it manually
