    Hi mam
Could u help me with a query?
    1) I by mistake pierced the skin while giving this nerve block and there was little bleeding on the skin on the cheek.my needle was too superficial .....I changed the direction there after and proceeded with right technique. will this cause any harm to the patient?
    2) I tried anesthetizing 14,15 using this block.
    Gave PDL injection also,
Gave infiltration too in the beginning.
But nothing is working at all in this particular patient.
Like there is anesthesia of soft tissues over face, lower skin of eyelid, side of nose and upper lip but no pulpal anesthesia..
Could you please tell me the reason??
And how to manage such cases?
