I bought this yesterday I smacked myself for being dumb putting the balloons on the park fountain 1 by one breaking
A lot of those balloons won't pop on contact. You'd have to throw extremely hard to explode on contact. I've seen kids (8 years old) throw them at others only to bounce off and pop on ground.
So true, terrible product, won't buy again. They all just bounce off you even when you throw super hard. They just pop on the ground.
