Yes, all MMR was reset to zero with the patch. It's gonna be a while before matches even out again.

Question, If I'm wearing way of fire and I fire a poison arrow and 6 different people. Will way of fire trigger on all of them ever 2 seconds or only the one I'm looking at. Been looking online and can't find the answer.
