I love that boat I have two of them.. just finishing upgrading one 3660 2600 kv FlySky 90 AMP esd solid bearing drive shaft broke the flex cable they suck with big props got my stock setup to 35 3s.. was just going to try for us when cable broke set screw up tear it apart replace everything but the battery Tray but have carbon fiber to replace it don't want to wait to put it in.. I keep battery on site for torque roll... Your boat looks too wet in the water co-op a couple millimeters on trim tabs

Hehe, glad you like it and this was genuinely some much needed fun! I appreciate the offer on the radios and I probably would have taken one, but it's all good. I got those on a buy one get one so 2 for $35!
Cooking on gas now ! love the amphibous rescue boat, Should call it Thunderbird 7 after the tv series lol at the prop in the face joke, that sounds mean as heck. If these are a flexi wound shaft, the extra torque may be winding it up and shortening it at the higher revs? could be possible just to loosen the prop bolt slightly to give it a bit more shrinkroom.
Yessir! I'm really happy how it turned out, and yeah! Thunderbird 7 would be perfect, but those companies are so disconnected from our culture.. it's hilarious how they try though. I'll give that a shot before the test run, because loosening the grub screws means waiting longer to test 👍 It does have a gap now though

@grrfy So after bench testing, it binds up above 50% throttle. So, I have the radio set to 50% so it will run smooth, but I'm not sure if it's too much rpm or more gap needed. 🤔
