Here is a good example of the discussions at a players' meeting which is normally held at the start of a chess tournament. The arbiter will inform the participants of the various do's and don't's, and in return the participants also have their chance of asking clarifications from the arbiter. I was a little late in beginning my recording but basically, the arbiter had begun by telling the participants that they must switch off and surrender their mobile devices to the tournament helpers.
