    Where does she get the money to have all these court cases. The ELEPHANT IS a murderer, aided an escape of a convicted for life rapist and murderer, she also organised the dumping of a body she identified as a husband, then the murder of another man who took the place of the convict. She lived with him in public of her own volition until someone recognised him while on a shopping trip for groceries. They then crossed borders to escape until their capture in Tanzania where that government refused them access and residence. How one should overlook this as a kidnap or even that she never knew or was given papers to explain why she was repatriated to SA 🫨🫨🫨😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫. This legal representative is pushing a needle through quicksand. What a load of BS.

    Lesson learnt,
    Jurisdiction is binary.
    And jurisdiction is established once a constitutional breach is established.

    ood point, the path that South Africa has chosen , should not bruden the public in violation of law . Disguised Extradition is indeed unlawful.

    "I want to go back to SA": can never constitute a waiver. SA officials had the objective to return N. N could only have been coerced. If she had been informed of her rights and information of the charges that she would face, N would have realized that her "wish" would anyway never materialise. Credence to co-oercion thus exist.

    • @cheznone9296
      @cheznone9296 หลายเดือนก่อน

      She lived PUBLICLY-with Bester there was no coercion. This is the most bizarre submission I have ever watched. How much more of a laughing stock can SA be. She had NO visa for Tanzania and was therefore was in the country illegally. Plus they had jewelry and foreign currency all well planned. Did this lawyer study the case before standing up and reading presidents - asking that the judge to consider how those cases were won. The government of T had a reciprocal arrangement for border practice.

      Kaizer we need to hear clearly the voices of justices and see them like in any other proceedings.....it makes the listener to clearly understand the issues and the possible inclination of the bench and the art of persuasion...by counsels arising from searching questions from the bench...7/11/2024
