    Videos are pretty older
    It's not that they aren't helpful.
    But over the period of time - videos created and present working + current zoho books
    few of the options as well as visibility has been changed.
    Hence it's required to have fresh videos for all the features
    So that new customers can find it easy to identify the functions and features.
    Kindly take a serious note of this and work on priority to upload new fresh videos
    as zoho books had updated itself.

    Plz share the coding for activating commission calculation and reports but I need to calculate the commission on the collection of the invoice not on the invoice itself ?!

    Query: Can we add reporting tags as a column in our reports? I have enabled them for my organization, but unable to locate the option. Filtering based on tags is available, but having them as a column would be more helpful. Could you advise if it's possible and guide us on how to proceed?

      @@InManIsGod I pulled data using RPA, however in reports it isn't available. ZOHO also confirmed that it's not in their roadmap. I'm not sure if they have done it now though.

    I run a logistics company where I run my own fleet of vehicles and also hire from other vendors. A purchase order for me can mean one of two things - spare parts for my own vehicle or hiring a vehicle from other vendors. Each of the two action requires different fields that need to be updated. Can I customize two different formats of Purchase orders to toggle between the relevant custom fields based on the kind of transaction I want to record?

    re reporting tags - ok fine for contacts and invoices - but what about TRANSACTION RULES? that is missing and is a big error. If you want to automate and not have to go through every line item (transaction) - this needs to be added.

      Hi,
      You can associate Reporting Tags while creating and editing transaction rules. To do this, go to the Banking module on the left sidebar, open the bank that you've added, the click the dropdown next to the Gear icon, and choose Manage Transaction Rules. If you've added created reporting tags, you will be able to view the tags here.

    This is not helpful.:( Of course you can create reporting tag, however there is no possibility to download all transactions list in the excel format with Reporting tag included in the list. The is only option to be filtered, but you cannot analyze all records.

    How to create group for account rather than under parent account which shows rs.0 in reports?

      Hi Kamal,
      To create a sub-account, go to Accountant > Chart of Accounts, click + New Account and enter the required details. Make sure you mark the checkbox 'Make this a sub-account' before saving the details.

    How to do record payment of all invoices in bulk?

      Hi Rajat,
      If you have multiple invoices for a single customer you can record a payments received. To do this, go to Sales > Payments Received and click + New in the top right corner. Then, select the customer, enter the necessary details and click Save.
      You can also import payments in bulk. To do this, go to Sales > Payments Received, click the hamburger icon and select Import Payments.
