I don't have a video but I'm using these settings currently..
Tm control panel:
900 wheel rotation
Overall strength 100
Constant 100
Periodic 100
Spring 0
Damper 100
Assetto content manager:
Gain 70
Filter 0
Min force 0
Kerb 50
Road 20
Slip 5
Abs 20
Experimental gyro effect enabled, damper gain 40 and min damper level 10
I use the controller tweak app in game if I need to adjust strength for each car
