16:30 fun fact, his ear looks like that because in the original script for this season, Mike was supposed to be one of the bandits who attacked Christa and Clem in Episode One. The gunshot that you hear when Christa runs away from the bandits after you try and save her was originally supposed to have hit Mike and blown off that chunk of his ear. It also would’ve tied back into Clementine finding one of those same bandits on the shore of the lake (the one with the dreads who was dying of dehydration and asked Clementine to give him some of her water) when she went out there with Pete and Nick (aka Benny) at the end of Episode One. The implication being that the bandit group was interrogated by Carver and his crew about the whereabouts of the cabin group and were then executed by them once they got the information they needed (or lack thereof), with Mike being taken captive as a prisoner, which explains why he’s in the “pen” in Episode 3. Clementine would’ve even acknowledged the fact that she’d seen Mike before when they were at the hardware store in Episode 3 and it would’ve made their relationship that much more tense and uneasy. Ultimately, that plotline ended up being scrapped (they also replaced Bandit Mike in Episode One with another bandit who happened to be a black guy wearing a hoodie), but Mike’s missing ear was still kept in.
Child birth was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced, and my baby wasn’t even full term, so he only weighed 15oz. When he entered my birth canal, all I could do was scream. I couldn’t even breathe or call for the nurses, that’s how much it hurt. RIP baby Joel. 💛
Whatever choices he makes for the next episode I hope bro doesn’t get hate from it! It’s his playthrough and I’m sick of seeing people hate on other TH-camrs I’ve watched cus of their choices.
This season is by far the worst with using the illusion of choice vs choices that actually have a strong impact, shown clearly by all the unavoidable deaths lol. This especially specifically, NONE of the choices from the stats screen mattered 😭
i feel like the harsh reality of sarah's death is that in a zombie apocalypse, not everything is sunshine and rainbows. there's gonna be a time where you won't be able to save the person you like and that they would die sometime or another. you won't be able to save everybody. now part of sarah's death is carlos' poor parenting. they're in a zombie apocalypse and having a daughter is gonna complicate things. that's why i fw lee so much more because he helped and trained clem to be strong and ready for the outside world. carlos just couldn't do that.
Tbf, Lee wasn't gonna make a warrior of Clem until Chuck gave him that reality check. Clem could've ended up very similarly to Sarah. She already was very against killing and stealing, which I get, but you could tell she had a lotta purity. Some isn't bad, but not too much. The problem is that Carlos needed a Chuck. Not everyone has the balls of Chuck to reality check a parent and child. Sarah's check unfortunately came at the cost of her father, but the check was too late. By that point, Rebecca and her baby had to be the priority, so there was no time to truly train her. It's kinda like a GOW Freya situation. The understandable protectiveness from the parent just went too far to the point where it's basically the reason their child died. Their emotions fueled the choice, and it seemed okay in the short-term, but once it pans out in the long-term, it's a mistake. One that robbed them of a longer life. Plus, surviving with a mental disorder or anxiety definitely does not help. She was at a disadvantage from the start.
even if you make a character-saving choice, it seems like they'll end up dying anyway, the episodic nature of the game makes it so that they can't have too many branching paths, keeping different characters alive in different paths would be too complicated over seasons, so if they had potential to die, they will probably die at some point. ex. Doug vs. Carly, both can be saved technically, but they both die too. same with ben, even if you saved him when he had a chance to die, he still dies later on.
Okay listen.. This group sucks. They left Clementine, a child, in the middle of the herd and nobody tried to help her. And they expect Clementine to solve all their problems all the time. Also Kenny has the right to be mad, but Lee was way more considerate of Clem's feelings at all times, even when she did something wrong.
bro luke is SO annoying for saying kenny is being "weird" about the baby when he's literally just very clearly reminiscing about when duck was a baby. 😑😭
Something happened in the writer's room these last few episodes. The somber yet willful feeling feels indescribable. It's what I imagine TWD should be like. Keeping humanity alive.
Telltale TWD managed to capture that better than the show does nowadays, hell I'd even argue Telltale does it better than the show back at its peak in like season 1-4. If the comics are anymore similar to having Telltale TWD vibes then I gotta read em
@@ExtraQuestionableContent Thats what Id assume, there's this glimmer of hope always that the show lacks. Clem represents that to me. Too much survival not enough love and family, it feels forced in the show. Clem seems like she loves her s2 group genuinely. Season whatever Rick would consider leaving AJ, Clem wouldn't dream of it She keeps going for Rebecca and for almost humanity itself considering humans are practically going extinct. It almost isn't about who the group even is, humanity needs to prevail, and I really feel that in s2. A man taught a little girl to care for others at the worst times, but also survive. She took it to heart.
@@jameer7565nah the show was amazing season 1 to 7 Rick whole character is “I’m not the good guy anymore” he is basically lee if he didn’t die and adapted to the apocalypse. Regarding around him caring about others I feel he genuinely does but he stopped caring after hershel and lori’s death. He decided to keep his emotions to others at the minimum because it would break him if he formed a close bond with other’s I mean look at him after lori’s death. Not to mention Rick group went through worse than Clem different people have it harder than others Rick was almost cannibal food like LITREALLY if wasn’t for carol his neck would be slit open. That and the mental torture he endured from negan, him killing his best friend after he slept with his wife and wanted to take care of HIS children and HIS wife.
@@UGOISCOOLNOW I don't disagree with your Rick assessment, but I still think Lee wouldn't have gone down a similar path. I also think from a writing standpoint the show is more "dramatic" in the sense where one guy having all of these experiences where most other humans want to kill him is intriguing and plausible, but not very realistic. I'd say the Cannibal episode of S1 Telltale is the weakest of all, its borderline campy Imo. I mean Alexandria and Negan's group were gigantic and sycophantic, I believe its possible. But Bills group feels way more real, more of afraid people listening to the hand that feeds them.
@@jameer7565to be fair bill was heavily inspired by the comic version of the governor from what I heard. But in reality bill’s group wouldn’t last very long eventually someone is gonna bite the hand and carver would have fallen to one of his own soilders to a coup
I feel like what Jane is explaining is a bit complicated, so maybe I can be a little insight I had a sister growing up, but her and I were never close, and as I grew older she really felt more like a roommate than an actual sibling I could rely on if I needed her. She saw me as competition because I was younger than her, and had some vendetta against me our whole life. When our parents got divorced, she left the house too and left me with our grieving mother. She only texts me when she wants something from me, not to actually see how I am or hear what’s been going on in my life. Sisterhood is not as cute and connected as most media makes it. I think that’s what Jane means by pretending they weren’t sisters and only friends, because it makes you feel better about how lacking your relationship with her is otherwise. I feel for Jane, because even if she was a bully, she obviously still loved her sister, you can see her trying to compensate for that with how she looks out for Clementine
I like that idea! My perspective of it as an older sibling is a bit different. I saw it more as instead of Jane being the big sister, someone who is commonly relied on to help guide the younger sister, as more of a friend than something, or someone you have to take care of. Which is something that we see as Jane tries her best to take care of Jamie? I think? - during the early time period of the apocalypse. So the idea of being at an amusement park and just being with a friend, someone who you can simply enjoy the company of, instead of a little sister that you would feel responsible for the entire time would seem more enjoyable in comparison. Then again I maaay just be projecting tho so 🤷
Same, honestly. I have a sister too, a younger sister, and her and I are like night and day. Sometimes I think I failed as a sibling, but I remember the days where I felt like I was kinder to her, where her personality didn't always rub me the wrong way. She's rude and mean and says things that cut deep and always argues with me just to argue. It's exhausting. I see people having good relationships with their siblings and I feel like a failure. If we're not arguing, we're just ignoring each other. She feels like a roommate rather than a sister, and it breaks my heart because I always mess up by being too impatient when I try to have a relationship with her that's not just "hey I have an obligation to care for you cuz we're related." Imma be going to college soon and it makes it feel all the more worse about the whole thing.
@sarahalzubaidi7794 that makes sense tho! Relationships are a hard thing to understand, and they get complicated when it comes to familial relationships. I know me and my siblings have had a rocky relationship with each other and it's one of those things that you just have to tell yourself that it'll work out. It's more complicated, but if you tell yourself that it'll work and you out effort into making it work then your doing better than quite a few! Siblings are a weird dynamic in every family so your definitely not alone in those feelings!
1. Childbirth is literally one of the most painfull experiences imaginable. The level of pain often being compared to *bones breaking* 2. Sarah's death, while sad, was inevitable. Unlike Lee who prepared Clementine for the apocalypse, Carlos sheltered her and basically made her unable to function in high stress situations regardless if it endangered others or not. Its like Jane said, basically, it was a matter *when* rather than *if* 3. Arvo is a character where the illusion of choice really become apparent. The fact that he becomes antagonistic regardless if your rob him or not is BS. Which is why I'm convinced that he's part of some last minute rewrites. Which does make sense considering this *was* supposed to be the final season.
a friend of mine who gave birth described it as "the worst period cramps ever" (she was either really well medicated or was downplaying it a lot, I feel like she downplays shit so...) so it's kind of not wrong to associate it. I've also heard bad period cramps described as "going through a small labor" because it involves the same parts of the body and similar processes/forces
Child birth is up there with being burned alive in terms of the most pain a human can experience. Think tiny-ass opening, human baby being forcefully pushed out of it. Every nerve is being drenched in liquid agony, sometimes for hours. There’s no possibility of suppressing screams to be honest.
@@tigrispanthera5496Yup, most of our lives it’s only ever open, at most, a couple of inches. During birth, what’s coming out is often 3 or 4 times that. Not to mention the moving bones and skin and such that isn’t really used to stretching much more then average movement. Crazy stuff.
Yeah, it's pretty bad Jet. A lot of people forget that giving birth, especially back then can literally kill you. There's a lot going on in that situation. Labor is just a dragging painful experience by itself, but pushing (depending on the person) is almost always worse. I'm saying it depends on the person because sometimes the baby just flies out (after hours or days of labor) and other times it's very slow. The feeling of pushing can (IMO) only be described as like a slow-burning feeling, kind of like dragging leather or the same feeling you get when going down a hot slide that scraps/burns your exposed skin....but from inside your coochie- Fun fact, or not-so-fun fact...babies born with a lot of hair can cause rugburn down there. Also if you didn't know too, the reason why labor is painful is because of dilation mostly. Normally it's the size of a dime, it expands on its own to the size of... like a bagel which is out of anyone's control, that's why it's frustrating when people act like you can hold in a baby. The baby's coming out its own way like Kenny said, "Babies know how to be born" Edit: Rebecca bleeding out was sad asf because no one could really help her after that point...
one of the reasons I can’t stand this game was the inconsistency of the story sometimes. You don’t steal from arvo and bro still accuses you of stealing🙄
I'm really not used to getting attached to youtubers. I watch twitch and get attached to twitch streamers, whereas I see youtube more as like a Netflix thing, not very interpersonal. That goes out the window with Jettro
pain during childbirth varies from person to person, it can be easier for some. it’s generally considered one of the most painful experiences the human body can go through, right next to passing a kidney stone. it’s so painful that women oftentimes get trauma from it, and can experience postnatal PTSD (there is a myth that women’s bodies have a built-in system where they ‘forget’ the trauma of childbirth). most people describe it as basically a really really extreme cramp like needing to go to the bathroom, along with trying to push a watermelon out of a lemon sized hole. so yeah, you can’t really control the screaming.
during birth women's uterus' expand, organs are shifting, and bones tilt or move to make way for the baby, pelvic joints shift and can become overly flexible along with pelvic floor muscles contracting and developing trauma so yes, its usually extremely hard for people to walk in the later stages of labor, every body is different and some have higher pain tolerances. baseline its very painful to push a baby out of your body if theres no epidural(some still experience pain even while getting one) many women have pelvic/hip/leg problems after giving birth, i cant even imagine the pain of going into labor during an apocalypse while walking
babies also usually shoot/quickly fall out of the pregnant person when the shoulders are out, its mostly never as calm/quick as movies and games make it lol i obviously could be wrong about some things, but yes labor in general is painful walking or not theres also mild to moderate pain while birthing the placenta after the baby, usually caused by the uterus working to seperate it from the uterine wall
I actually have fallen in love with this channel ouh 😭 and yes my dude-- yes it for sure is THAT painful-- i mean everyone is kinda different lol but generally speaking yeahh no it sucks - even periods can be enough to leave you crying or sick or something and actual labour is that x100
I was Clementine's age when i first played the game, and i just want to say that there's so many interactions that i didn't noticed the first time playing the game, like i didn't know that Jane was a big sister or how great your relationship with Rebecca can be.
I hate these consequences with Sarita so much. You think you're doing the right thing by chopping off her arm... and it only leads to her dying in even more pain. 😣 I had one playthrough where I only killed the zombie that bit her. That was a much better choice. But how are you supposed to know? The whole season you're told that you can/should chop off body parts after a bite 😩
Hey Jettro heres an infodump about Telltale. The original telltale games who made seasons 1- half of 4 went bankrupt during the release of season 4 episodes. Skybound Games made the remaster that you are playing and they finished making and releasing the rest of season 4. Just wanted to let you know to clear up some things about the studio.
In defense of Telltale: They give you a chance to "AXE SARITA" - you probably think it's a callback to when Kenny dropped that salt lick cube on Larry's dome after his heart attack at the dairy - NOPE , it's a query option - you can "Axe Sarita if she wants Kenny to go on without her."😁

Love how Jettro hasn’t caught on to the illusion of choice in these games 😂😂😂😂😂
Lol right
Shhhhh 🤫🤫
Someone's gonna have to tell him atp
This season is by far the worst with using the illusion of choice vs choices that actually have a strong impact, shown clearly by all the unavoidable deaths lol. This especially specifically, NONE of the choices from the stats screen mattered 😭
@@jjkilhij9531 Having Sarah die in the same episode you saved her is NASTY work lol
i feel like the harsh reality of sarah's death is that in a zombie apocalypse, not everything is sunshine and rainbows. there's gonna be a time where you won't be able to save the person you like and that they would die sometime or another. you won't be able to save everybody.
now part of sarah's death is carlos' poor parenting. they're in a zombie apocalypse and having a daughter is gonna complicate things. that's why i fw lee so much more because he helped and trained clem to be strong and ready for the outside world. carlos just couldn't do that.

Let’s be real. If Lee was alive, he would’ve laid Kenny out for talking to Clem like that. Grieving or not.

Even though Kenny was in grief/anger, you at least gotta admit that the voice actor for Kenny at 18:52 was absolutely phenomenal.

46:20 Bro forgot about Alvin after the man sacrificed himself, I'm dead 💀

Never thought I’d have you yelling “Wank it!” At my face man 😂
54:45 I know my brother didn't just say "1964 George Washington" ain't no way
I feel like what Jane is explaining is a bit complicated, so maybe I can be a little insight
I had a sister growing up, but her and I were never close, and as I grew older she really felt more like a roommate than an actual sibling I could rely on if I needed her.
I’m soo sorry you had to go through that . I hope you and your mom are doing lot better ❤️
@sarahalzubaidi7794 that makes sense tho!
Siblings are a weird dynamic in every family so your definitely not alone in those feelings!
i’m an only child, and i always had no idea what Jane meant when she said that, thank you for explaining !
1. Childbirth is literally one of the most painfull experiences imaginable. The level of pain often being compared to *bones breaking*
2. Sarah's death, while sad, was inevitable. Unlike Lee who prepared Clementine for the apocalypse, Carlos sheltered her and basically made her unable to function in high stress situations regardless if it endangered others or not.
Its like Jane said, basically, it was a matter *when* rather than *if*
3. Arvo is a character where the illusion of choice really become apparent. The fact that he becomes antagonistic regardless if your rob him or not is BS.
Which is why I'm convinced that he's part of some last minute rewrites. Which does make sense considering this *was* supposed to be the final season.

1:14:08 she ain’t having period cramps, SHES ABOUT TO BIRTH A CHILD
a friend of mine who gave birth described it as "the worst period cramps ever" (she was either really well medicated or was downplaying it a lot, I feel like she downplays shit so...) so it's kind of not wrong to associate it. I've also heard bad period cramps described as "going through a small labor" because it involves the same parts of the body and similar processes/forces
It's because period cramps are caused by the uterus contractions, so it really makes sense it's pretty worse
Nah chopping saritas arm seemed like the right call TRUST bro we all suffered on the first few min of this ep 😭
The existential crisis you had with sarita was so funny 😂😂
LOL
Child birth is up there with being burned alive in terms of the most pain a human can experience. Think tiny-ass opening, human baby being forcefully pushed out of it. Every nerve is being drenched in liquid agony, sometimes for hours. There’s no possibility of suppressing screams to be honest.
“tiny-ass opening” is crazy
@@tigrispanthera5496is that you on your profile picture?
@@joakimberg7897 no it’s james charles
@@tigrispanthera5496Yup, most of our lives it’s only ever open, at most, a couple of inches. During birth, what’s coming out is often 3 or 4 times that. Not to mention the moving bones and skin and such that isn’t really used to stretching much more then average movement. Crazy stuff.
You forgot about matthew and walter, this season has been bloody as fuck
yea jettro pregnancy pains ARE that’s painful and then some not you having a man moment 😂
You don’t KNOW how fast I clicked
Same honestly
Yeah, it's pretty bad Jet. A lot of people forget that giving birth, especially back then can literally kill you. There's a lot going on in that situation. Labor is just a dragging painful experience by itself, but pushing (depending on the person) is almost always worse. I'm saying it depends on the person because sometimes the baby just flies out (after hours or days of labor) and other times it's very slow. The feeling of pushing can (IMO) only be described as like a slow-burning feeling, kind of like dragging leather or the same feeling you get when going down a hot slide that scraps/burns your exposed skin....but from inside your coochie-
Fun fact, or not-so-fun fact...babies born with a lot of hair can cause rugburn down there. Also if you didn't know too, the reason why labor is painful is because of dilation mostly. Normally it's the size of a dime, it expands on its own to the size of... like a bagel which is out of anyone's control, that's why it's frustrating when people act like you can hold in a baby. The baby's coming out its own way like Kenny said, "Babies know how to be born"
Edit: Rebecca bleeding out was sad asf because no one could really help her after that point...
This game is like… morbidly good.
Jettro, the music that you put at the end is sad yet so soothing.

one of the reasons I can’t stand this game was the inconsistency of the story sometimes. You don’t steal from arvo and bro still accuses you of stealing🙄
Arvo is actually the one that stole, that's why he was trying to hide it in the bin. He blames Clementine to save himself basically

TWDG writers have no remorse man😭 tragedy after tragedy
1:11:44 NOT THE MIKE TYSON IMPRESSION 😭😭😭
during birth women's uterus' expand, organs are shifting, and bones tilt or move to make way for the baby, pelvic joints shift and can become overly flexible along with pelvic floor muscles contracting and developing trauma
so yes, its usually extremely hard for people to walk in the later stages of labor, every body is different and some have higher pain tolerances. baseline its very painful to push a baby out of your body if theres no epidural(some still experience pain even while getting one)
many women have pelvic/hip/leg problems after giving birth, i cant even imagine the pain of going into labor during an apocalypse while walking
babies also usually shoot/quickly fall out of the pregnant person when the shoulders are out, its mostly never as calm/quick as movies and games make it lol
i obviously could be wrong about some things, but yes labor in general is painful walking or not
theres also mild to moderate pain while birthing the placenta after the baby, usually caused by the uterus working to seperate it from the uterine wall
I actually have fallen in love with this channel ouh 😭 and yes my dude-- yes it for sure is THAT painful-- i mean everyone is kinda different lol but generally speaking yeahh no it sucks - even periods can be enough to leave you crying or sick or something and actual labour is that x100

I hate these consequences with Sarita so much. You think you're doing the right thing by chopping off her arm... and it only leads to her dying in even more pain. 😣
I had one playthrough where I only killed the zombie that bit her.
