Cheapest land is cheapest for a reason. It is most likely inaccessible, miles away from nearest roads that are maintained, in flood zones, zero chance of ever having any utilities in the future. Buying cheapest land is the worst kind of investment anyone can make. Someone sells you unusable land, you buy it without knowing all the facts and will be stuck with it until you either stop paying taxes & get it foreclosed or find the next sucker to buy it from you. It is like buying the cheapest car possible and expecting it to not have any problems & last for a long time or buying cheapest meat and enjoying the taste of it.
Does 1 acre unrestricted land that I can camp on 3 to 4 months a year without installing well or septic tank exist? Access road is only other requirement. Maybe leave a storage container.. thxs
