@danniibabe2 Well she won't get any extenuating circumstances, no jury will feel sorry for a woman who framed a young man and was ready to let him rot in jail for a crime she commited.
I'm not certain that it is just the murder now - Nathan perjured himself, hid a murder and was responsible for deliberately trying to frame someone else - there must be charges associated with that.
Yes its called perverting the course of justice its a rather broad sentence that ranges in serverity. Masking the number plate on your car to avoid detection by a speed camera is perverting the court of justic just like covering up a murder. Nathan would have recieved at a minimum 2 years in jail for what he did whereas someone who did it on a more minor scale would get a short suspended sentece or community service. This offence can carry up to life in jail however its rarely convicted with such a sentence. Nathan would have had a good lawyer and would have argued mitigating circumstances which would have helped reduce his sentence.
Thank you for this show.... I really like this..

Isn't Cain a murderer?
Don’t think he a muderer. He treated Nathan harshly though, keeping him hungry and thirsty during the whole kidnapping.
