Nicely done. We did a similar trip to Bergerac during the Easter break. Our customs stop was at Le Mans on the way out and L2K on the way back. Lovely place Bergerac, hope you had a good time.

We had a great time, thanks. We stayed near Eymet which is a beautiful bastide town just south of Bergerac airport. Would have been better if I had read the notams in advance and managed to land at Bergerac! but we ended up landing a little further south which worked out perfectly.

WOW! I felt my stress increase as your journey progressed, but you appeared to handle yours very well 😆 An entertaining video with some excellent decisions along the way (knowing you always had a plan 'B' for each one kept you all safe). A great watch and I look forward to seeing your journey continue 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Do you or can you use ForeFlight?

I have never tried foreflight but I do use Skydemon which is very good for VFR in the UK.

Hello. Just for your information, this is not the good way to Land in France when the tower is closed. It is forbidden to do a long final. You have first to fly overhead the runway to see the sock and then do a classic pattern by integrating the downwind, with radio calls at each portion of the circuit. Luckily there was no one in the circuit. Imagine a plane taking off on runway 31.... but well done anyway, i could feel your stress ....think of it the next time !! Hope you spent Good holidays in our country ! See you.

Thanks for your note, I will take it onboard, I was making regular calls from a long way out and with good vis so I was confident that I was the only one there but I hear what you say.
