I'm so tired of the, "Clump of cells" argument. We are all a clump of cells. What about Steven Hawkings? He couldn't move or talk(without a machine). He was one of the of the smartest people who has ever lived. A fetus has brain waves at 15 weeks.
They can perform heart surgery on a fetus, they don't perform heart surgery on a random clump of cells!! A clump pf cells does not move around in the womb, mine all kicked like hell. Have 3 children, 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren
I can assure you, slavery had been around far befor 1619. Now if you are referring to slavery in North America, then we don't really know. Native American Indigenous Tribes often took other captured tribals. And trade them. That was far before 1619.
We are all slaves to the government so it doesn't matter if your ancestors were slaves. For all we know slaves in the past had it way better than we do now.

I dont agree with every conservative takes here, but one that struck me was the Ben Shapiro's take. The guy debating him was effectively saying "My wage should be proportional to the added value my work brings to the company, not the expertise required to run it." Which I can agree makes somewhat sense, but the reality is that if the work you need a human for can be accomplished by literally anybody off the street, the wage will not reflect anywhere close to the added value. We are in a market where people fight over job opportunities, not the companies who fight over people. If the dynamic was reversed, now the guy's take would be reality and Shapiro's take would be the wishful thinking of corporates.
About that voter id debacle. If the libs stand is going out does that mean that i as a dutch person living in the Netherlands can go to the US and vote for Trump? Without an id how do they know i dont live in the US?
