    Slippery case? Use a couple of wide rubber bands to give you a non-slip grip. Want something for the entire case? Try brushing on Liquid Tape or mask of the front and back and then dip it in Plasti-Grip.
    Thanks for the review.

    Was really looking forward to the educational series that you seemed jazzed about. I think you would do a really good job with teaching networking fundamentals. You bring the craftsman's perspective to the tech biz. Hopefully get life sorted and we see you again soon. Good luck.

    Would love to see you make an updated video on this unit now that there's new firmware with additional features.

    I'm not very confident in its measurements but in my price range it's probably the best tool i can have.
    New soft- / firmware may change this for the better.

    Glad you reviewed it. I've had the Pockethernet for months and it's a good tool. Good tip on the wiremap test.

    Been using for years, only main issue is 1 test result per page instead of multiple on 1 report

    You can connect Ethernet to your phone via USB and OTG if you need an Ethernet connection, but don't want to carry a laptop

    Let’s say I wanted to lighten my load-I have an LRAT 2000. What would I lose by switching to this thing?

    • @PolarAdmin7400
      @PolarAdmin7400 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Having used an LRAT, I'll tell you it's definitely more "field rated" than the Pockethernet. LRAT is sturdy and ruggedized, Pockethernet is not. Where the Pockethernet shines is, the drastic size reduction first. You can always have this in your backpack and it would be unnoticed. Second of course, the price is significantly cheaper. If you can score a Pockethernet on eBay, it's worth paying out of your own pocket. Whereas, the LRAT is prohibitively expensive for most individuals.

    If the associated software that goes with that unit would work with IOS 12.2 they might have a winner.
