Superb yet again, so easy to slip in a short exercise any time of the day. Keep up your great work.

I appreciate your work. As a older person I regret I don’t fancy the floor work and so much of yoga is floor work. U might turn your attention to a series on breathing and exercises for elderly and disabled so that it feels especially for them too.

Hi Louise, Thanks for writing and this request and I do have many lessons for elders and disabled, but will keep in mind a special series as you mentioned. You can adapt some of the floor lessons to the bed-- but the floor is so helpful for neurological feedback. I do have a series of lessons in a chair I haven't recorded yet that I taught at an assisted living center for a number of years. It's coming! But check out more of my videos, I have a lot in sitting.... :)

Thank you ! I feel much more relaxed through my pelvis. I have a tight and often sore piriformis. Is this a good stretch to do for that ?

Yes, but it's not meant to "stretch" but coordinate your whole body to relax areas that have been over-tight

It seems repetitive all the back ones what's the different motion type

I'm not sure I understand this question... The lessons are designed to be subtle to engage more awareness and less effort so your movements become more aligned. Not really very repetitive at all when you use more awareness
