    Hello, you did an awesome job on your nails.💅 I have always applied my press-on with acrylic & monomer 😷or nail glue along but, acrylic powder & nail glue together is a powerful combination that truly bonds like no other. I did my nails like 3 weeks ago and had no pop-off. It's time for a new set. So thank you for showing different methods.

      Thank love! 💕 I actually love applying my press ons with acrylic and monomer as well. I've found that method to be the best as it can last up to a month with no lifting. It's also the most universal. I find that applying press ons with gel is great for nails that are a little more transparent (like french tips or jelly nails) because the light can get through the nail and fully cure it. So I switch up the method depending on the design. I'm so glad showing the different methods have been helpful. Thanks for watching 🥰

    Will this work with press one that are colored? Don't they have to be clear to fully cure the gel or you can have a reaction?

    The strong glues dry out fast for me too! I really like Zulay's and YN nail glue but if you work only on yourself it is hard to use it all before it dries.

      Thanks for the heads up. You know I went to Amazon to replace my bottle because I was so sad I didn't really get to use it but then saw that others had the same issue of it drying out too fast. So I might just see if I can get my hands on their smaller tubes so it doesn't go to waste. Thanks for watching! 🥰

    Hi! For removal would you do it the same way as if you used nail glue?

    • @RozeBeauty318
      @RozeBeauty318  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey love! 💕 I normally soak them off with acetone. I do have a video of me removing these nails coming soon but I also have other videos that show my removal process. I'll link it here in case it might be helpful. Thanks for watching. 🥰

      You're welcome. Just a quick tip: applying press ons with gel works better with nails that are a little translucent (like french tips or jelly nails). If the color is too opaque the light might not be able to pass through and throughly cure the gels. I hope this makes sense. Let me know how this method works for you.

    • @keshacole3379

      @@RozeBeauty318 thank you! I was also wondering about that because I have seen people say you can’t apply press ons like gel x. I do have some translucent nails and French so I will try those out. I will keep you posted.

    You don't get uncured gel doing this? Since press ons aren't made to be transparent

      Hey love! 💕 A lot if it comes down to nail prep. 💅🏾 You have to ensure you push back cuticles, buff surface of your nail, and dehydrate. Using a primer also helps with longevity . I hope this helps. Thanks for watching. 😊
