    This actually does work. In my job, I have to take multiple certification tests every year to keep certified. I analyzed my my focus starting a test, and after 60 minutes into the test. Of course it was diminished. I Stimulated the sides of each thumb for 30 seconds, and waited 30 more seconds before reading the next set of questions. I was able to focus clearer and remember more mundane answers. I highly recommend this technique.

    Reflexology is really common in China, a lot of people use it and when i was little my grandpa always use this method to heal me whenever i was sick.. i think Reflexology originated in China

    I felt sleepy. But then I yawned a few times and now beginning to feel waking up. I also noticed that my pituitary point is feeling sore. Like a bruised headache. (Point is between your 2 eyes) I massaged a few seconds then held my finger a few seconds. Repeating this motion about 5x. It helps to release pressure. If that doesn't fully help, then I know my body is feeling dyhdrated. Drink a glass of water. About 10 min later sore feeling goes away.
