    Italy offers excellent opportunities to get a high-quality education at reasonable prices and, medical schools in Italy are some of the cheapest in Europe.
    Italy is famous for improving the modern view on society; their medical education is one of the best, dating more than a century ago. To get into a Medical School in Italy, you must write the IMAT (International Medical Admissions Test) as part of the admissions process. It takes six years to earn a medical degree, followed by a compulsory 6months internship placement before full accreditation.
    #1. University of Bologna
    The University of Bologna is considered the oldest university in Europe. It was established in 1088. This university is the cradle for many modern education systems as its medical school is ranked number 3 domestically and 94 internationally.
    #2. University of Milan
    The University of Milan is one of the most prominent universities in Europe. The university was established in 1924 by the tenacious efforts of Luigi Mangiagalli, a doctor and gynecologist. Its medical school was founded primarily in 2010. This medical school is ranked number one domestically and among the top 100 internationally.
    #3. Sapienza University of Rome
    The Sapienza University was formed as a research facility in 1303 and opened its medical department in 1431. It remains one of the best research universities in Italy. The university has three medical faculties: The Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, and the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology.

    The University of Turin was established in 1404. Whereas most Medical schools in Italy are taught using Italian and English, the medical program in Turin is taught in English only. The medical school is ranked number 17 domestically and 180 internationally.

      You take the imat test and you automatically apply to all of them

    You got the acceptance rate way off, its more like 5% for non eu in top unis

      @@mrfarid8562 Nah it's around 5-10% for non eu. Pavia for example like 500 applicants and only 30 get in, turin 300 applicants only 30 get in, and so on.
      This isn't accurate because last time I checked the list was before I took the IMAT. you can check on your own...
