- The songs I wrote for this video a few weeks ago were inspired by various feelings brought on by my life experiences this past week including those of appreciation, resolve, and awe. Appreciation for those around me, a resolve to overcome a negative situation (I did!), and awe for the beauty of spring. I hope that the music I created during these specific moments with ocean wave sounds is able to help you this week with whatever you might need it for whether that be for sleeping, relaxing, meditating, studying, general stress relief, background music, or something else!
