Thank you for sharing. Can you please tell me how to open it. I can't open the handles, seems like it will break. Please suggest how to open the handle and frame. Regards.
Firstly : you have to pull out handle side lock which is tick button type.. When u pull it out you will feel that it will break but it won't. You may pull out with little power with the help of tools like screw driver etc.
Secondly: you have to pull out the frame by unlocking like as you open/remove mobile phone back cover.

I tried oiling but does not work.. i even tried to remove the part using tools but it is totally stuck.. Any more ideas or i need to buy new one
Agar aapke tools ( pliers) hai to yahan Oiling kar rahe ho uski knob bhi pull karne se khula jayegi.. Phir achche se oiling karke fix kar sakte ho.
बकेट को उल्टाकरके बास्केट के अंदर से ओईल करे थोड़ा बेकार जाएगा पर कुछ तो अंदर घुसेगा और वही काफ़ी है !
Remove the swinging plastic basket. Remove the stud. Now go to hardware store and buy a hormonal head road to the same length of the stud. Go to a workshop and grind the corner like a sharpened pencil. Now just place this pencil sharp inside and top hexagonal head visible on top. Fix the plastic swinging basket over it. Also uptown the bucket and put a pin hole on two sides. It will drain away the water that goes in. Now your swinging is permanent and easy without pressure.
बास्केट बिना निकले मैंने ओयलिंग किया और ठीक चल रहा है. रॉड की adjustment क्लिप ख़राब होती है उसे ठीक कैसे करे ? ..नही तो पूरा रॉड ख़रीदना पड़ता है ! इसका मोप ‘कॉटन और फ़ाइबर’ मिलाकर बनाया है जो बेहतर है ! बकेट की दीवाल थोड़ी पतली लगती है !

Totally wrong idea of manufacturer. What is encased in the bucket conical part? Break open one old and show us. You simply put just use mixer blade assembly and remove the blades and use it. That is very easy and comfortable. If the basket is tight and use still use force soon you will be a heart patient. Remember that. The basket should rotate easily that just need a free space.

Any lubricant like mobil oil, machine oil.

@@sivakumar-gi6cp after opening you may pull out the excel with help of pliers although it will little hard but you can.
After that you can oiling properly & fix it perfectly.
