Have you had your Thyroid checked out? I ask because I noticed that it looks a little swollen. It may be under active and that is why you have trouble with weight. It also makes you tired and sometimes irritable, but mainly slows your metabolism right down. This causes you to gain weight or make it very difficult to lose weight. I had a tumour on my Thyroid when I was 19 which caused it to be under active. I just didn't know why I couldn't lose any weight and was tired all the time. I had it removed and now have my energy and normal metabolic rate back. Plus I always seem to notice when other people have swollen Thyroids lol. It's also good to check your Thyroid levels as it controls so many things other than metabolism. love you

SaraScreams try eating diferent things so you dont get bored, eat things you like, use condiments! They are really helpful. Try to eat with someone else that push you to stay motivated. Have a "cheat meal" once a week. Mine its pizza♡ also if you are a lover of chocolate like me try eating a 90% or more cacao chocolate. You can have like 60 gr of chocolate per day! Mmm, maybe don't buy junk? Like don't bring cash to school or work cause then you'll end up buying crap from vending machines. And at the store, usually the healthier type stuff is in certain areas, so just stay there :3 Basically just avoid those unhealthy stuff completely. No need to hurt yourself by letting it around you XD Other than that, I can't think of any other tips cause I honestly suck at this myself, heh heh. And I still live with my folks so I cant really choose which foods we buy, so they end up buying crap a lot of times and it's so hard >~< plus healthier stuff is expensive. It really adds up :-/
To be completely honest I don't think there are any tips, you either enjoy and want to eat healthy food or you don't, if you struggle to stay on track your probably over restricting and not eating foods you really enjoy otherwise you wouldn't feel the need to branch out and eat junk.
I hope the fad/crash diets go away soon. I lost 4 and a half stone in 6 months by keeping to a certain amount of calories a day but eating what I wanted within those calories and then exercising for 30-40 mins a day. I never deprived myself of anything and still had treats. Hard work pays off.
I'm watching this the day after I ate a huge bowl of Cheerios, a jam sandwich, a croissant, a third of a pork pie, a bag of popcorn, two bags of sweets, a large bag of crisp, and a small portion of chilli and rice Uhm... Blame period cravings.
I love this so much. When I tell people I want to lose weight they're all "You aren't fat, you're fine just the way you are." And sure, I think Im beautiful, but I know Im not healthy. And besides being skinny, I just want to be healthy and eat the purest things I can. I don't want to end up diabetic or with worse health problems
Being healthy isn't about losing weight. Thats probably why they are saying that. Its about changing your choices for healthier options :) which generally helps to shreds some weight
Awesome advise! Being healthy is so important. I lost loads of weight and got down to a size 6/8 by starving myself which is so bad... as soon as I started eating normally again it all went right back on and more!!! Never clever. X
Your diet its soo down to earth, I mean, u dont have to stop eating meat. Eating meat or not doesnt make you healthier, what makes you healthier is eating good portion of every type of food. And also you can eat junk food sometimes. There are so many things on internet that make us believe sooo many shit. Internet is full of lies. If you like meat, and you dont want to quick, just dont do it. It's all about you, its your body and whay you feel confortable. I'm in shape and healthy, and I eat meat. My medical results are a prove of that. There are a lot of fitness people that eat meat, they dont restrict their diet to veggies and fruits.

I started slimming world in summer and have lost nearly 1.5 St the mango with yoghurt looks yummy and you should try garlic fry light it's so tasty put three squires into fresh made pasta then mix it up and add veg and cubed bacon, it fills you up so much and it's syn free also rocky roads hi Fi bars are amazing and two is a healthy b extra so I just have them if I'm in a snacky mood
If in one day you consume a lot of sugary stuff, just drink water, a lot. I used to crave a lot of sugar but that was just before I got to know I have diabetes type 1. So, I recommend, to EVERYONE to get a test on their glucose at least once a year because you can't actually feel when the sugar in your body gets high but it still affects you. The thing is to feel good and know you're healthy rather than just losing weigh (reminding you being skinny doesn't mean anything, but neither do being fat, every metabolism is different).
You should definitely try rawtill4! It's so good for you. At first it might seem too extreme but it actually is probably the most healthy lifestyle you could have (: you will feel amazing.
Ahh Slimming World. It actually surprisingly works, I was on it for a month or 2 and did loose a good amount. My first weigh in I lost loads then after I kept loosing 3 or 4 pounds each week I did keep at it but ended up going on holiday and completely let myself go. Put most of it back on which really wasn't worth it. You feel so good when you eat healthy anyway so Ima just go back on the plan and stick to it. It's only me that can change it.xx

It has no carbs, and it fills you up. i know a lot about carbs because my brother is type 1 diabetic and he has to count carbs. when he was hospitalized the doctor said that meat is great. (even when you're on a diet. lots of people eat things without carbs because it makes you lose weight really really fast) Dairy however isn't great so you were right about that.

Your skin stretches. So it gives the appearance of the tattoo changing size. So it will look different in most cases. It also depends on what the tattoo is and how it's done/where it's placed. Your tattoo artist should be able to predict things like that 👍

Hi Ella! My advice to you is to persevere and don't give up :) It takes time to see results, but when you start seeing a difference all the hard work pays off! I'm by no means an expert, but for me a filling breakfast, lots of veggies, chicken and fish for lunch/dinner combined with snacks such as apple with peanut butter made me lose 2 stone in 10 months :) Of course I have cravings, I'm only human, but once a week I have the meal/dessert I've been craving and that's enough! Stay strong xx

I am not Melon, obviously; however, I suggest getting your thyroid levels checked. Also, try adding acidic foods such as lemons, oranges, tomatoes, vinegars etc to your diet especially after eating high glycemic index foods such as potatoes and rice etc. Good Luck!
Oh and when transitioning there are tons of yummy vegan foods! Look up what i eat in a day vegan on youtube... you won't believe the options you have been missing out on :)
The Best diet is the mediterrenean diet!!! Eat a full meal both at lunch and dinner and you cut off completely any snack or cake or anything unhealthy because you don't feel hungry during the day ;)
I lost 90lb and I'm a dude, I whant from 220 to 130 verry low I know but it's because I completely cut out junk and fatty foods, I only ate vegetables and fruits and drinked 8 cups of water a day , and cardio maybe 30 min once a week, I. Go to highschool so I guess speed walking in hallways helps. Don't think of it as a diet. Think of it as a life style.
I'm vegan and I find it sooo hard to be healthy- obviously what I can eat is limited. I have such a sweet tooth and I don't even like vegetables and nuts etc I just can't do it hah

I lost 90lb and I'm a dude, I whant from 220 to 130 verry low I know but it's because I completely cut out junk and fatty foods, I only ate vegetables and fruits and drinked 8 cups of water a day , and cardio maybe 30 min once a week, I. Go to highschool so I guess speed walking in hallways helps. Don't think of it as a diet. Think of it as a life style.

I'm vegan and I find it sooo hard to be healthy- obviously what I can eat is limited. I have such a sweet tooth and I don't even like vegetables and nuts etc I just can't do it hah
