Its three hours a day not three hours per listing. 3hrs, doesnt matter how many listings you have. Since you are cold calling you could potentially find a seller as well. You could say hey! i just listed a house in your area do you know anyone else interested in moving to *location where house was listed*? they go noo then you turn it around and ask the questions how long have you been in your home and they say something like oh ten years then you say usually people move around every five to seven years have you guys been looking to move? then they could possibly say oh well we were thinking about it. And there is your lead, just extract info and go in for the sale.

Doesn't that go against the Keller Williams ethical standards? I thought that agents with KW were supposed to be honest. If you are changing up your number to confuse people, that is unethical.

This kind of low class unprofessional gives legitimate real estate agents a bad name. If he he hiding his phone number, he has a good reason. He is violating the FEDERAL Do Not Call law if he is randomly calling numbers that may be on that list. He could be subject to a fine of up to $10,000 per consumer complaint. Please be aware of who you choose to business with, support honest, ethical, legitimate professionals.
Finally someone who sees it. I disagree with the DNC opinion...pass clients involvement...He is definitely 'unprofessional'. He ask the client question he does not care about or have no relevance...replied "wow" then back to pitch...crackhead
