The simplest things, like those velvet ribbons, add such warmth and sophistication. I struggled for something to say since others had already said it so well but then noticed I would be comment 100 so had to comment.
I never see old suitcases like the ones you collect. You have a lovely collection.
I think.a little miniature easel in brass or wood would be nice to put the letter on that you put on top of the book

I very much like your fall decor and the way you styled your cabinet. You have a good collection of vintage books and people. But girl, you've hidden grandmother! I fear she feels neglected. I have taken a few of your tips and gotten some of my father's old canes and walking stick and placed them near my entrance by a grandfather clock. I never thought of using them before but liked your's so much. Good video.

Hi Danielle. I absolutely love your cane collection! I have canes that belonged to my father. I’m all about switching bedding, draperies and lamps for different seasons. Same with artwork. Your attention to styling everything is very meticulous! Which is a good thing. Great video as always.

@@HomeMadeVintage My friends laugh at me because when we shop I am always drawn to the bedding section. But I have some bedding sets that I have had for years and I do mean YEARS! I don’t change the furniture. Most of the actual beds in my house are antique iron bedsteads. Too heavy to be pulling around. Lol. I literally messed up a shoulder pulling a bed with the mattress and box spring. Dumb, yes! Have I done it again, NO!

Beautiful as always. I am not sure where in the country you live but it seems like the shops are full of such wonderful finds. I love all of your decor pieces. I love to thrift but I live in a beach community. I have to weed through a lot of beachy decor when I am out hunting. I only have one small bathroom decorated in a vintage beach theme. The rest of my home is vintage cottage and French inspired. I have been doing my livi groom in a light academia style with old books and framed photos of my travels to Europe (all in thrifted frames!). I wish the thrift stores near me had more Victorian antique items!

Love your canes, can’t seem to find any here but always looking (it’s your fault btw😂) Love how you styled the cabinet! I could spend hours just taking in all your beautiful pieces. Have I mentioned before 🤔that’s I’m so envious of your suitcase collection? (The answer is yes in case you have forgotten😂) yes love the lamp and the shade!! I would keep it period! Looks beautiful. I just recently found a small white bowl in the shape of an acorn with a little squirrel on top, looking for the perfect place for it as I have just started my fall decorating. Here in maine, I’m seeing leaves start to fall already and today feels just like a fall day, think it’s gonna be a rough winter🤦🏻♀️
