  • After receiving comments on my last satin stitch video (linked below) about how other people got their satin stitches smooth by separating the strands first, I wanted to create a comparison video between that method and my own preferred method of untwisting the thread as I go.     Do you use the whole strand (6 threads) when you do your landscapes?

      @@BocaReikiGirl I used to when I was first starting out! But as I started to find my style, I started playing around with the number of strands I would use. My recent pieces are made with a varied amount of strands.
