Greetings from a beekeeper from Ukraine!!! What is the diameter of the crane boom? What is the size of the pillars? The size of the profile pipe on the crane boom?
It's a given. To be a bee keeper you have to be a little crazy. It all seems to be a good idea and a good run through of handling issues that may come up.
I only have a forklift. I am thinking about building a boom that the forklift can pick up so I can move honey supers from the hive to the pallet. Then I can pick use the lift to put the pallet on the truck.
Can you made close picture of hydraulic cylinders to what valve is used or hyd. Diagram is bast, the load shall not sink, a little compression of the oil yes but not sink.
Thanks, Phil! This is exactly what I wanted to hear about. Interesting idea, and it could be a great backup system. My only concern is, will the 125kg unit lift 4-5 deeps above an escape in a decent honey season? I guess we shall see. 😁
I figure it will occasionally be an issue: a very full honey super is 75lbs. X 4 = 136kgs. So we are over the 125kgs. I'd be willing to break the stack in two occasionally as a trade off against the other considerations involved.
@Graeme Diesel I weighed a bunch last season and 80lbs was about max. A 75lb average with 4 box's would be rare and on the high side. A 90lb+ box would be full, very, very full.
Been wondering when you were going to let that cat out of the bag. Like some I noticed it in the background! I have been trying to figure out how to get enough bees to justify 1. The wife says 16 is not enough.🤔
I think the redundancy is a great idea Phil. Looking forward to seeing the end result!
Modular is cool storage solution
I hope so.
I need one of these in my life lol
The good equipment is essential for your large operations
I built up my operation by doing without the fancy toys and now its time to enjoy it.
Versatility - sounds like a good plan. Only seems like a lot of money until you really need it. 👍
It will still seem like alot of money...
More please 🙏🏻

Hello! Tell me please in ezyloader 300 hydro winch with gearbox or direct drive from hydromotor? Take some detailed photos of winch.
Thank
Great video. Thank you
Glad you liked it!
I have almost thought the same, but in front so that you can stack boxes directly on the pallet on the forks.
gotta make sure its high enough not to bash yourself in the head.

Agree. We are all a little crazy.

I hear regularly from people who "build their own". The autoleveling features of the ezyloader can't be appreciated until you try it without them.

@Phil The Beeman I would agree. The value of the overweight limiting system will become high in this case. 👍
@@philbeeman are you sure about that weight? I’ve never weighed one, but a full deep super of honey feels like at least 90 pounds.
If they are totally blocked out maybe 100. I try to avoid that.

I do think it's a good plan for you as a backup. Especially being able to use it on the truck or forklift.
I hope so
