- Phillip Scott reports on a European woman stating that Africans treat them so well but in Europe, Africans are treated less than human.

There's more to that behaviour(treating strangers better than family). Some people in Africa grew up learning and were indoctrinated with that attitude. Especially, if you're brought up in the farm or small town. All that changed after the 1960's. The more people traveled and got educated, the less you see this behavior. Generally, it's vanishing from the African psyche. You can say that the people are becoming mean or detached in their outlook. In reality, I think 🤔 it was nice to see such quality in people when I was growing up, but it made it easier for the population to be exploited.

It's even worse, Africans can't move freely within Africa and we pay more than European to move in Africa and specifically when we move from French, English, Spanish Country to an other Africans countries while we still have the same common local language and culture and used to be the same Kingdom.
Eg: It's not right for a black Spanish/ Arabic African to pay 200 to 300 US for Visa the same way European do because their current exchange rate is high and the average African makes this month while from the other side of the Mediterranean are make it in a day or so week maximum. Thanks.

The reason for Europeans being treated with respect and welcomed in Africa is because Africans are more tolerant towards non Africans and don't harbour the prejudices that Europeans have.
However, some of it is due to a colonial mindset too.

Reminds me of this time I went to do my driving test back home in Kenya, usually done at a police station. There was an older white dude that came to do a motorbike test. We had to queue to receive our certificates after the test. This white guy went straight to the front of the line yet he found us there, because he felt his time was more precious than ours. He tried to pull his white privilege. The cops yelled insults at him and commanded him to go to the end of the queue. He had no choice but to follow their commands. He still continued to fidget and complain as he stood at the end of the line. SMH! What an a$$hole.

Here in london we get it all the time, even walking down the street, people of NO colour must always walk straight and their time is so much more precious than ours. They will clean walk into us if we don't move and swerve, both male and female people of NO colour do this, they're intergenerational upset that we are allowed to be near them without conditions, so they get their ego kicks in anyway possible.
