I like how Alec conveniently forgets to mention during the German Westernization that North Korea also Sovietized their entire army (uniforms, songs and overall optics).
Well I'm mostly agree it is a bit somewhat exaggerated because there were people in the Eastern block nations in the Communist Nations that did defect to the West when it comes to economic reasons. Now saying that you're correct the Eastern German army kept almost all of its traditions while the Western German Army didn't, in a matter of fact I remember reading multiple studies showing that the Eastern German army will easily defeat the Western German Army on 1 vs 1 scale...
Now I mostly agree with you like 95%. The East overall does have much better cultural values right now. Also keep in mind Eastern Europe is technically Western as well they're part of Western Civilization they're just the Eastern Wing of Western Civilization. Now we're I am trying to get at is to tell normies this you have to present it in a different way; to keep it short let's just say nobody wants a whole dead cow on their plate, they want a burger. And that's one bug way how you going to win them over. (Don't talk about Joseph Stalin or North Korea to much and what not, but talk about the issues and sometimes with some good historical & other examples)
