When making a pencil skirt and I am increasing at the hips. Do I increase in every stitch ? Or just the points at the hips that are marked? I hope that makes sense. But I need alittle help.
I ❤ your video! It’s very helpful! I’m wondering how you would increase and decrease clusters. I’m trying right now to decrease a v stitch. Would you be willing to illustrate that? Thank you for all your informative videos!❤❤❤
Hello Judith, If you are trying to decrease the number of V-stitches in a row or round, that is usually done by skipping additional stitches or spaces in the base row or round. If you are working on a specific pattern the instructions should tell you what the designer wants you to do! MBT Thank you, Craftsy
As a beginner I thought an increase was like one single crochet then the next stitch two, then three and so on. This was very helpful!
Note for self:
0:10 - increasing
3:42 - decreasing
