You see this is one of the reasons why I decided to come back to Roblox, it's because of this right here where staff members are allowed to provide players or anybody the ability to have fun by allowing them to procure weaponry such as RPGs and other items in the game. I come from the Garry's Mod RP community and I'll tell you something, it's very hard for staff to use any of their abilities because of how strict most of the Serious/Semi RP servers normally are when it comes towards staff members utilizing their power. Sure, there are a couple of communities out there that are rather lenient, but no where compared to how lenient Roblox's staff are on different experiences. Whilst it could be annoying to continuously die to a TH-camr getting special benefits over other regular players there's no set backs whatsoever, the people that die to this person's RPG don't lose anything of value. Now there are games where admin abusing isn't just only annoying, but aggravating. Criminality is a perfect example of this, when staff members on that experience decides to admin abuse and they don't decide to reset the server people don't only just lose their weapons, armor, and equipment. They lose the most important thing in that game which is money. If you don't have any money then you'll never be able to enjoy Criminality to it's fullest and after the past couple of updates I could understand why people would be especially annoyed with an admin deciding to abuse their power on Criminality rather then on Combat Warriors. It's great to see this type of leniency because on Garry's Mod the majority of the members are very serious, both in their staff positions and regular users on the servers in general to the point where I think people legitimately forget that they're playing a video game.
