The superfly is my favorite ti bali that Ive tried so far, hands down... And for 250?!?! That sale is absolutely insane. Btw you'll probably prefer it with one weight out. Thats my preferred balance. Its slightly more handle biased than the slifT. The interesting this is... one weight is at the END and one weight is like an inch up from the end. Removing one makes it slightly handle biased and the other makes it feel very neutral. And btw, if you buy his cheaper balis (like the unmilled barracuda) you still get all the stuff that was in the case.
This video has made me even more excited for mine to come in. My collection is all 3.7-4.2oz, so i was wanting something heavier to see how I like it. My plan is to make the superfly my beater, but we'll see when it comes in
Ethan, Tayflipper disappeared right after announcing the metal cali-pro and it’s been almost a year! I was so excited but I’m so sad about it because I would buy that in an instant. Have you gotten any contact from him recently?
I got mine with the first drop. It had both weights in each handle. I took one out of each for more neutral. I tried in front of the bolt like he sent you but ended up liking it at the end of the handle better. For what it's worth.

I've been eyeballing the Microteck Marifone Tachyon 3 Trainer(crazy price, but I go even higher for better), this and a lot of customs. Had the BbSuperFly Pro and loved it. Sadly it got stolen.
got one of these as soon as they dropped, it was also my first "premium" balisong. and sure its fine i guess, but as ive improved and developed and have fine tuned my preferences, i dont really care for the superfly. that and when i got it, i couldnt get this blade which is a disappointment in itself got one for sale 150 hmu

There's nothing better at this price range. I haven't tried as much as Ethan but I've had 50-60 balis and the superfly is the best I've ever tried
There aren’t many 250$ ti balisongs. Serpent striker v3 and blem madkos are about the closest thing I think.
