This is great news. Want your EV? Help yourself. Want your V8? Be my guest. Want your fuel efficient daily driver? It’s there for you if manufacturers keep making them. The market will decide what gets sold and what sits on lots.
Electric should just be another platform choice right along side gasoline and diesel, not a replacement. Being that I worked in warehousing I find vehicles to be similar to forklifts in the fact that no one unit is the best for everything. Electric forklifts are best suited for in-building use where they can remain plugged in and charged daily. Step up to a propane powered forklift and you have something better suited for outdoor use with the ability to lift more. Diesel powered forklifts are strictly outdoor use and are the biggest units on the market with the highest lifting capacity. Vehicles are the same. Something electric is always going to be best suited for short distance drives within town where stop-and-go is the norm. Gasoline and diesel will always be more efficient with long distance driving on highway where the engine can remain at a relaxed rpm. Electric vehicles act more like a cordless drill with long distance travel. It's great in spurts but once you hold down the pedal/trigger the battery goes down quick. That's why I always thought a REV made more sense than just a pure BEV. It's the closest thing you're going to get to a diesel-electric locomotive. Agree or disagree that's how I see it. If everyone had the freedom and funds to buy multiple vehicles the best thing to do is have a car/van for family outings or shopping and the truck should remain the work tool. That's how my grandfather did it. He always had a small car for travel and his truck wasn't touched unless he was hauling the tractor or getting firewood.
Performance guys and gals keep cars tuned to peak performance Miss Conception we don't care. How do you get the woods in a Car or Truck.! Think I break out the T Bucket Today!.

We are still in a carbon drought. We started taking temperature measurements in an ice age so that when the temperature normalizes you can call it global warning or climate change. The EPA doesn't know what it is doing. You can't actually have small cars and pickups because the fuel economy is so high and the safety standards are the same adding weight to the smaller car. The Chevron deference case really put a cork in the government regulation system of rules

@TKGarage, I can confirm that there have been many inquiries about open (Vacancy) employment from the FDA, EPA, everyone is trying to complete an interdepartmental transfer before January. Everyone has been told good luck, Holiday leave is coming soon, and nobody is going to process paperwork.
@@Squall1800 yeah just heard the same about fda too lol
This is great news. Want your EV? Help yourself. Want your V8? Be my guest. Want your fuel efficient daily driver? It’s there for you if manufacturers keep making them. The market will decide what gets sold and what sits on lots.
Government just needs to take care of infrastructure. Roads bridges, gas and electric charging prices kept low
I thought plants craved Brawndo!
lol. Great movie.
@cheapme1850
Its a documentary we just did realize it !
Bet the trucking industry is happy.
They should be able to override some laws in CA for being way too controlling! No More State Refs!!
Such good news, I might have to activate the line lock on my Scat Pack this morning 🐝🔥💨💨💨
Bravo! This means better performance, better fuel economy, more reliability and yes MUCH more affordable cars.
They also said we would be out of oil before 1980.
They can crank out all they want....but people can't afford them!
Hopefully they can lower the prices of the regular vehicles if they are no longer having to subsidize the losses from the EV operations......
@waynek805 that s what's needed!
👏🏻 truth.
A diesel Tacoma crew cab long bed would be my forever truck. Without EPA regulations, it could be a reality.
Harris would have killed the Auto industry in the US... can we get back to some real cars now and back to life...
My husband works for Chrysler and that's exactly why I didn't vote for her.
Performance guys and gals keep cars tuned to peak performance Miss Conception we don't care. How do you get the woods in a Car or Truck.! Think I break out the T Bucket Today!.
I want My HEMI Challenger Scat Pack! NOW!
😅😂 Dodge start putting V8 out again we want V8 back
Thank God
I want a bigger V8
So tired of the sneers I get for driving a Challenger with a Hemi and being treated like a douche.
No government should mandate me to drive an EV, I don’t want one.
For the past 10-15 yrs cars and trucks run so clean that nothing else really needs to be done.
We do need NTSA to do what they are for - dealing with unsafe cars.
Buyer beware, caveat emptor, do your due diligence. The government should mind it's own business.
And so the ignorance begins didn't take long
Maybe the Camaro might not be dead again.. would love to see Ford dodge and Chev revive some legends
Do you think any of the other manufacturers are gonna backtrack? Toyota, Nissan and all the other big truck manufacturers.
CAFE standards are probably a reason Nissan quit the Titan...it was a slower seller but still sold as they never advertised it..Probably the only Nissan I liked, wouldnt buy one but..
@MikeekiM-vh5se I just traded my 2011 Ford F150 with a 5.0L Coyote V8 in it with 360 HP and 380 Ibs of Torque for a 2024 Nissan Titan with the 5.6L Endurance V8 in it with 400 HP and 413 Ibs of Torque and man I love my Titan, its a beast and sounds like a beast as well and its very reliable.
Hopefully this will influence Toyota to bring back the 5.7L I-Force V8 into they're Tundras and Sequoias.
@@MikeekiM-vh5seNissan should bring back the Titan and bring back the 5.6L Endurance V8 in it.
I'm so glad I decided to put new tires on my 2012 f150 and keep it for at least another 5 years. It might give automakers some time to make truck engines without "fuel saving" gimmicks that make them unreliable.
Agreed 100% Is it a 5.0 or an EcoBoost?
@CJColvin 5.0. No issues with it yet beyond changing a coolant hose.
@westpac6954 Awesome brother, I had a 2011 Ford F150 with a 5.0L Coyote V8 in it with 163,000 miles on it and it still ran strong with no issues and it's a beast and it's sounds like a beast with the Borla ATAK exhaust on it as well.
I love this!! Even though I’m a huge 4XE lover it has nothing to do with the environment. I hope wagoneer S still comes but I am a firm believer everyone should buy and drive what they want!!! EPA needs to go away asap!!! TK you made my day!!
Do you have a 4xe? Has it been recalled?
Ours has, and Stellantis should compensate us for not being able to charge it.
@ 4XE Grand Cherokee built in 23 but 24 model year . No recall other than defroster that was done before delivery. Other than that just cool changes and tire rotations. The car is so smooth. I haven’t loved a car this much before. Flawless ownership experience, and butter smooth ride.
@@brianheffren2679 Have you checked to see whether your Grand Cherokee 4xe is subject to the battery recall? That’s the one that says no charging, and park it outside.
@ it’s not under that recall. I charge it 2 times a day minimum. I have checked it and no recall .
@ there is only a small amount of affected GC 4XE’s and mine isn’t one of them
I agree with
You a hundred percent people have lost common sense and they need to go by the realization of how things actually work. Great real truth and facts TK 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Don't get too excited. By the time he does make these changes, the next one will undo what the last one did and it will keep going back and fourth. Thats the game. Meanwhile the $ will crash.
I pray this is, is true as a uaw member
MUSTANG V8 still will be at the TOP😂😂
And speaking of Ford building vehicles with big V8s, I was thinking how it would be cool if they put that 7.3 L engine from the trucks in a Mustang. It has the conventional pushrod architecture and is a low RPM torque monster. Adjust the stroke to get a 428-429 cid and call it the Mach 1 Cobra Jet!
@waynek805 That would be awesome, heck Ford should bring back the Ford Fairlane or Torino as they're muscle sedan with the big V8 as well.
@@CJColvin Well they are supposedly planning a 4 door car based on the Mustang platform. Calling it a Torino or Fairlane would be better than a 4 door called Mustang.
@@waynek805 that won’t happen. Lmao.
@@waynek805yeah they should call it a Falcon because that’s what a Falcon was. Essentially a 4 door V8 Stang.
Thanks for posting this GOOD NEWS TK, goodbye EPA and all those emissions standards and EV mandates, I'm glad both sides agree on this matter
All the emissions bullcrap makes cars way more expensive and way less reliable.
Wow, fantastic. Sanity at last. Bring it on.
rolling coal still sucks
I like diesels but yes rolling coal sucks
Canceling EV mandates won’t boost car sales. The American, European and Japanese automakers are struggling selling anything in America.
This is a very solid, intelligent first step in an extremely complex puzzle. Manufactures used to have a full line up of cars . Shortly before , during and after covid all industries from restaurants, theaters and cars took a massive hit .
Either way, I'm keeping my Hemi-powered Ram 1500 indefinitely.
MAGA HEMI
