  • The Philippine Marines Special Operations Group or better known as MARSOG is the elite amphibious special forces of the Philippine Marine Corps. They specialize in unconventional warfare, SEAL operations, demolitions and other operations that support the overall naval operations of the Philippine Navy. Formerly known as the Force Recon Battalion, what differentiates this unit from the NAVSOG and the rest of the special forces in the Philippines is they can execute missions deeper inland using tactics developed by the 1st Scout Rangers Regiment and the Special Forces Regiment (Airborne). Find out what these men go through and what makes them among the elite.

    Kinda _Asia's Equivalent_ to the "US MARSOC" but anyways, cool video and i'd pay to see *MARSOG and MARSOC* working together hopefully sometime in the future.

      James Ferraris The MARSOG and MARSOC have close ties that span more than 70 years and the MARSOG unit has always been the go to unit when it comes to those kinds of coordination. They often conduct exercises together called “BALIKATAN” and they’re pretty awesome to witness.

    Those men deserve futuristic prototype armor for them to be able to return home safely, it's a light heavier like you wear up the gear of Halo. I will prepare to wear up heavier than thin armor that couldn't stand last longer in the middle of burst fire fight combat, soon MARSOG,. mark this words... the president will fund my company at the affordable price. Depleted uranium armor will be exclusively born in the Philippine army.

      @testserver2054 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I’m sorry to burst your bubble but those things will never happen. You wouldn’t want soldiers dying from radiation poisoning and nobody in the military wears “thin” armor to combat areas. Metal plates and Kevlar is not thin armor

      @@testserver2054 then may I know who the fuck doesn't know about the "Lead metal" thing for radiation shielding? And who said that my masterpiece wasn't prepared for that matter? We want enemies getting slaughtered in an endless fire fight not only by the bullets, we also aim for the worst radioactive pulse to wipe em out in a single blow.

      @@testserver2054 2nd u said nobody wears thin armor? yes? Then what if the terrorist shoot u with 50 cal. then? What ++A grade "thin" armor and Kevlar do with that badass type of bullet? No armor can survive that 50 cal shit bruh. unless you wearing an Abraham tank armor. lol

    • @arzahellcazanova7057
      @arzahellcazanova7057 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Plus, even my masterpiece of armor can be wreck in a single shot with 50 cal if I made one now because the metal I use for armor ain't have that much power to make that badass bullet jump over the 1st layer, this planet can't even produce tons of rare metal. Ex? Vibranium metal. Sound like shit isn't? But tungsten and titanium are here. 🙂 Peace ✌

    • @testserver2054
      @testserver2054 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Arzahell Cazanova i didn’t know the Philippines were rich enough to fund tungsten and titanium “armor” and suicide soldiers wearing depleted uranium. Your soldiers must be on steroids to carry such armor it’s insane. If a terrorist shoots at you with a 50 cal your gonna die. It’s the same with ieds no depleted uranium or halo bullshit armor will save you from an ied
