Being in the industry for 3 years( kitchen), it is the one of the most underpaid Industry, cooks don't get paid well and if you are a chef no one prefers hiring a part time. Getting paid 40$ an hour maybe 1 in a million thing. I've got paid 20$ an hour from agency which usually pay higher and 19-21 would be a rate for a good place, a really good place. Also 40-45$ are only offered to chefs also in a big place not to students and part timers.
Forklift drivers = $16 to $19/hr, but only if you have 2 or more years of previous forklift driving. Without that, you work for $14.50 to $15/hr, which is definitely NOT high pay.

Dog walking and fitness teacher, nobody pays for it the numbers You gave! Max. CAD 5, - per hour for dogwalkers. Usually people keep dogs, so that they can walk themselves, specially old people! Fitness coach, I never heard of any Indian being fitness coach, mostly these services are provided for free in fitness studios. Best is either to join an Indian restaurant or McDonald's in the kitchen or if You are good looking as a waiter! Or work as a cab driver! 💙
