    - List of things I could do, if they feel right.
    - Anxiety be-gone list
    - Go outside preparation
    - Support your support
    - (and any other lists you might think of)
    This subject is really important to me, I hope I explain it well enough.
    Please remember: Rome was not built in one day, neither will this!
    Take your time, get a nice beverage, take frequent breaks.
    If you don't feel up to it, don't force yourself.
    It will patiently wait for you.

    I was listening and saying "yes" in my mind so many times. I get very easily overstimulated out & about as well. Due to my sensory issues I always carry earplugs, sunnies, and my emotional support notebook. Listening your videos have truly given me so many good ideas that I will certainly use in future. Thank you!

      Thank you! :) I think it's important to make sure to not get overwhelmed by all the sensory input we get on a daily basis. And sometimes it can really be a bit of a journey :)
