This subject is really important to me, I hope I explain it well enough.

I was listening and saying "yes" in my mind so many times. I get very easily overstimulated out & about as well. Due to my sensory issues I always carry earplugs, sunnies, and my emotional support notebook. Listening your videos have truly given me so many good ideas that I will certainly use in future. Thank you!
Thank you! :) I think it's important to make sure to not get overwhelmed by all the sensory input we get on a daily basis. And sometimes it can really be a bit of a journey :)
