Jack, your new super patron concept has you in the roll of mr bluesky. You are living your best self and trying mightily to give back. Connecting with your purpose and you are beaming in your video explaining super patron. SO MANY people don't know about how amazing Jeff Lynne is. As successful as his career has been, he is absolutely one of the most singularly under appreciated and underrated producers and songwriters of all time. So brilliant. Great version.
I knew he was great, but when he was invited to be part of the Traveling Wilburys, man, that sealed the deal for me. I knew he was legend at that point.
It must make Jeff Lynne very happy to see people emulating him in this way. It would make anyone proud to see people continuing to enjoy his work enough to perform it themselves.
I remember when this song came out; I was 14 and it was the happiest, hookiest song I'd ever heard at the time. I can't imagine a more loving tribute to it than Pomplamoose achieved here.
The psychedelia of that outro was overwhelmingly, ridiculously, amazingly great. I love the slight departure the whole cover took from other Pomplamoose tracks. The versatility is great. Just a monster performance.
I'm an 80's style guitar player and this band is one of my favorites. Just the way they do covers is amazing. Watching the joy as they play brightens up my day. I watch at least two or three of them daily.

This is one of those songs you don't listen just one time when they're on. I'm pretty sure it's even illegal not to listen to it more than one, two, or three times in a row each take.
It's 2021, and I think this is the pinnacle of the very impressive impressive Pomplamoose catalog as a cover band based around TH-cam. Every player, singer, mixer and producer seems to be at the height of their creative powers individually and as a unit as well.

I remember when this song came out; I was 14 and it was the happiest, hookiest song I'd ever heard at the time. I can't imagine a more loving tribute to it than Pomplamoose achieved here.
The psychedelia of that outro was overwhelmingly, ridiculously, amazingly great. I love the slight departure the whole cover took from other Pomplamoose tracks. The versatility is great. Just a monster performance.
I always enjoy watching Jack having so much fun in these videos.
I'm an 80's style guitar player and this band is one of my favorites. Just the way they do covers is amazing. Watching the joy as they play brightens up my day. I watch at least two or three of them daily.

I was about 18 when this album dropped and it's still my fall-back, feel-good album. I usually don't like certain songs done as "covers", but you guys SO nailed this! Jeff should have knocked on your door to shake your hands!

It's 2021, and I think this is the pinnacle of the very impressive impressive Pomplamoose catalog as a cover band based around TH-cam. Every player, singer, mixer and producer seems to be at the height of their creative powers individually and as a unit as well.
