For context on how I wasn't able to reach DLv. Max, basically it was June 23 when I reached DLv. 19. The event ends on June 24 and I thought to myself that I'd just grind the whole day on that date to try and reach DLv. Max. The deadline was on 11 : 59, which I thought was at the end of the day itself, not knowing that the time was before noon. I overslept because I was exhausted with stuff and when I got back on, somewhere around 1 PM on June 24, the event already ended. Yeah, I was in utter pain xD

I too am kinda broke lol, just got my Raging Phoenixes from the OCG English Structure Deck and ended up buildling most of my deck with those cards, the print quality is awesome! I got permission from the store owner to play locally with them tho
