I need to put a Handlebar riser, to move the Handlebar closer to me. With a 2” riser handlebar, do you think do I should to change all the wires and the cables for the brakes, throttle, lights, etc? The bike obviously is the R18

For a 2" riser, yes, IMO you should move the cables and hoses to the other side of the fork tubes.
can the levers/controls/grips fit on universal/harley after market bars. i know the bottom is 1 1/4th but not sure about the controls
Hi ! How tall are you ? Do u feel yourself comfortable on tall seat and after adjust foot controls ?
How are you suppose to check the oil level accurately without this bike having a center stand?
What about carrying a 1” mirror on an extension rod (like an antenna).
