Greeting to all The Native Nations, Brothers and Sisters from Canada and USA, from us the Pame Tribe of Guanajuato Mexico we're few but proud of mantaining our heritage as we continuously learn from your courage to defend our way of life, blessings and love from us to you all.

Latino from NM with Mescalero Apache blood on my great grandmother's side. When I hear the drum beat and as I watch this gathering, I feel my heart well up with reverence and awe. This is truly the United (First) Nations. Respect to all Indigenous people.
I worked with a wonderful lady from a Chumash tribe in San Diego, by the name Little Dove. We got along great.
I am a white person and I live on your continent. This is one of the the most powerfully beautiful moving thing I have ever watched on TH-cam...EVER! From the unbelievably intricate designed dress, the beautiful voices, to the pride is that emanates from the entire arena. All I can say is...Take what’s yours!! Words could never convey what is in my heart.

I'm from the Seminole Indian Nation and I live here in Oklahoma(The Land of the Redman)........and it always fires me up when ever I hear the music, songs, and drums from all the Indian Nations......me & my brothers served in the Marines.....but my dad served under Gen.George S. From W.Va now in NC my Great G, Granny was full Cherokee my Mom's side . Believe maybe my Dad's side not sure maybe more Scottish there. I always have told my family's and other's the earth would been in better shap if we stayed to horses & buggies. I love the country the woods and river's and Springs I was blessed to have my home in an uncorporated place with woods in the back few springs and pond in the yard and so happy to have my single wide.😁

Spirit seemed very chill about the whole thing...I’ve never been to a POW wow. I am part Chickasaw but did not grow up in the culture or suffer as my grandmothers did. I learned a lot from my grandmother and father about respecting all living things. My grandmothers, white and Chickasaw were all warriors...I hope I have honored them with my life.
I am looking forward to attending my first actual pow wow. I went to one in Arizona at the Tohono O'Odham reservation at the Mission San Xavier del Bac, but didn't get to see the dancers up close.

Al Car it's ashame all whites can't unite like these people.white peple westerners have lost their connection to the earth and to their creator.im Italian and I love my culture and i keep up our age old traditions respect urselves respect our land and our creator .love oursleves respect who we r as eternal spiritual beings of energy love and intelligence.we r spiritual beings in a physical body then in physical death our energy form changes into pure spiritual beings in our new energy body.90% of westerners..whites European pepl don't know if understand this and have no idea who they r .I'm much like these native peple.my heart soul is with them .most whites and westerners.. European people 95% believe in either nothing (atheists) or follow nonsense man made religions which r fear based to control peple .half of religious r not true believers anyway .they have blind faith and want proof but don't get proof of their faiths or proof god is real.. so this makes them not true believers even though they go to church and say that they follow certain religion but they can pretend to follow a religion but they cannot fill themselves because they have to live with themselves and they know deep down what they believe or don't believe. Basically none of these religious people in the world have ever seen god or got proof that their so-called religions are true say they want to be a part of something bigger than themselves and they are hoping and praying that it's true but at the end of the day they know they have no proof and God hasn't come to any of them personally to give them that proof that they are on the right path . All of these religious people want to believe and they are also following these religions at a blind faith and following what others do which is stereotype bavia amongst whites ..westerners and Europeans. These people are about 70% of the world and the other 25 are atheists roughly . Other 5% are spiritual people including the native American Indians and other natives who follow a spiritual path and believe we are eternal Souls living in a physical body for now then we return home to the spiritual world and in a pure spiritual state. There is a lot of Proof of the spiritual world and proof that we are energy and prove that there is a Afterlife and we live forever. But which religion there is 0 proof and people follow cos they want to be part of something bigger and most follow out of blind faith and they follow because they want to believe it's true and they also follow a religion because they are scared of the unknown and when I say the unknown I mean what happens after physical death. So 95% of people I made up of mostly religious people and the rest atheists want to believe in something bigger than themselves even though they have no proof but most of the 5% you are spiritual have had and get proof every day that there is more after this life and there is so much proof out there but the rest of the people in the world deny it because they have forgotten who they r. The truth is all believers in religion and non believers are afraid because most adult from birth that once we physically die then our life is over forever so majority of people want to believe in something more after this because they don't want to believe that death is truly the end and this is what terrifys basically every religious and non religious person. So the majority of people want to believe in something more even though they have 0 proof and it's just called blind faith and people also follow the religion because they follow like sheep and they follow what other people do which is stereotyped behaviour. But the spiritual path which Native American Indians follow and after I follow ism the real path and the only path and this is the path to love and light and Peace and this is the path to discovering who we are and what we are and how to connect with the Universe and the earth and see each other and to connect with our creator who does not want us to worship him or her. Our creator wants us to be ourselves and follow the path based on who we are and what we are as spiritual eternal beans or energy that live forever and we are all connected believe it or not but the physical world is full of hate and complications so it's hard for most people to connect with each other on a deeper level because of these complications and problems or challenges that people face everyday. For many this physical world is hell because of what we have to go through on a daily basis. If it makes you happy to follow religion then do so even though you have no proof but I personally will never follow religion after what I know to be true. I was a Catholic for 23 years and a atheist for about a year and a half until I wake up and I woke up because of spiritual experiences that open my eyes that there was a lot more to life and a lot more after this life and this changed me and changed my life forever and changed my opinions and how I view life in a complete reversal from howim used to think and believe. Yes there is a scientific element to who we are and how the Earth and the universe is created which is basically energy everything is made of energy.the rest is of a spiritual nature. It's ok to those 95% peoplewho wouldn't believe any of this so I'm not going to judge you. I am only expressing what I know to be true based on personal experiences and not based on what others have told me or what is written in books or on the internet. The natives also follow the same path which is why it's sad that white Christians come along and try to convert them from the righteous path. When people force you to change and believe in what they do the way of that Christians have done to the natives over 100 years ago until now then that's a form of tyranny and oppression. It's one thing to express our opinions based on our personal experiences image some of us have gotten valuable proof which in most cases is impossible to prove to you non believers. But it's different to be forced to convert or to believe in things by force which has happened. The only religion that I can think of that forces people to convert by force with the use of violence or death or persecution is the religion or the ideology of is lamb. No other religion forces a person to convert and if a person wants to leave his lamb and they are not allowed and if they do they are threatened with death and in many cases they are beaten and tortured or imprisoned then they are killed because they wanted to leave. But other religions like Christianity do not persecute people or false people to believe and they do not punish people for leaving Christianity. In fact when I left Catholicism nobody question me or even asked me and nobody even questioned me but with is lamb you're not allowed to leave and if you're a number lever and they are the dominant people in a country then you are an outsider ra infidel. Infidels are treated like animals so if you don't convert to Islam in a Islamic country then they punish you beat you in prison you and even murder you if you don't convert and this is tyranny and oppression and this is not a religion of love and peace and hope and acceptance.

I come from a tribal people, the Brythonic Celts, I'm Dumnonii. I have to admit, a tartan is colourful, but it pales compared to the Indian nation. Stunning and beautiful. That's it, I'm coming to America! I need to see a Pow-wow with my own eyes and support my spiritual tribe, the Pawnee ;)

As of 1997 my tribe went extinct. I know nothing other that they were the lencas. That should give you more of a reason to keep your tradition alive.

Little fun fact: did you know, in Germany (Mescalero)-Apaches are particulary popular due to a famous german author, who 100 years ago wrote well-known adventure novels set in indian territory at the second part of 18th century? His indian main hero is a Mescalero chief called Winnetou. His horse was called 'Iltschi'. Basically every child in my country knows his stories and many adored them.

An inquiring mind that history remember.
Five hundred years ago, a man in Central America asked many thought-provoking questions. He was a native chief called Nicarao, from which "Nicaragua" is evidently derived. His name came to identify the tribe of his people, the land in which he lived, and their large lake.
Nicarao's tribe lived on the strip of land between the Pacific Ocean and huge lake Nicaragua. Shortly after Columbus discovered the new world, the spanish set out to explore this area. Captain Gil Gonzalez Davila led his troops north from what is now Costa Rica and entered Nicarao's land in 1523.
Imagine the explorers' trepidation as they journeyed into unknown territory.
How pleased they must have been on meeting chief Nicarao! Why? With generosity that continues to be a hallmark of nicaraguan culture, the people welcomed the spanish and gave them gifts, including a large amount of gold.
Nicarao wanted answers to questions he had long thought about. Others questions came up as a result of the visit of the spaniards.
Chroniclers report that he asked captain Gonzalez the following: Have you heard of a great flood that destroyed
all men and animals? Will God flood the earth again? What happens after death? This questions only God can give answers with the Bible.
Nicarao also asked about science: How do the sun, the moon and the stars
cease the shine? Where does the wind come from? What causes heat and cold, light and dark? Why do the days vary in lenght through out the year?
Clearly, Nicarao was eager to know about the natural world around him. His questions indicate much about his religious beliefs. They reveal that he had interest and concerns similar to those many people have today. And the fact that Nicarao and his people knew about a great flood reminds us of what the Bible relates. Genesis 7:17-19.
His questions bear witness to the operation of conscience. In this regard, the apostle Paul wrote: " Their conscience is bearing witness with them and, between their own thoughts, their are being accused or even excused".
Romans 2:14,15.
His inquiring mind, which moved him to think deeply about life and the world around him, may well serve as an example for us. Romans 1:20
Something more, if the indians from America are isolated from the world; How they knew about the flood that destroyed all men and animals?
The answer is in the Bible, in Genesis chapter 6, until chapter 11.
